We had a great stay in the family run hotel. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the excellent breakfast. There were homemade jams, fresh butter, fresh whey, a custom-made egg and small freshly made pancakes to fill. You can feel the love with which the hotel is run. The garden was a small oasis of well-being. The walk to the beach takes 5 minutes. We were all alone at the beginning of October, there were 2 loungers on the public pebble beach. There were further sandy beaches in the area and within walking distance. The price performance is unbeatable! BTW: There were also a few power outages, many hotels had no power or light. But this hotel has a backup generator therefor we had power the whole time. Other hotels in the area didn't have that. I think this is worth mentioning.

I chose Bel Ami based on the reviews even though we were looking for something closer to Vlore city center and something beach front. I am very happy I did because the staff, the room, breakfast, turtles and even the location turned out to be exactly what our family needed. Staff is so polite, welcoming and helpful. Room was super clean and spacious; breakfast was delicious and with lots of options; the turtles in the garden were the highlight for my kids everytime we ate. And the location, even though it is further from city center and not beach front it is super close to great beaches in Orikum. We also did day trips to Dhermi and Himare and it was great to be closer to them as our 1 year old doesn't like long car drives. Overall, we all loved this place.

Nothing really. My oldest son loves having a pool and even though Bel Ami doesn't have one, for €10 we were able to use the one from the adjacent hotel.

The Hotel, the staff, the rooms and the breakfast were all fabulous. There is also a lovely little garden at the rear of the hotel with tortoises roaming around which is quite novel.

We stayed preseason and were the only customers at the hotel, therefore other than breakfast they never opened the restaurant. We chose this hotel specifically because of its restaurant which it clearly stated would be open during our stay. It was very disappointing at the time, more so because there is very little around it other than building and construction sites. Fortunately, there was a small Italian restaurant within walking distance which was open. The hotel will be great for an overnight stay after the 15th of June not before.

The food in the facility is excellent, very high-quality ingredients are used and the breakfast is superb. The hotel garden is decorated. Parking is excellent, you also have a garage. Elevator, air conditioning, close to the beach, swimming pool behind, everything is excellent, pure 10."

Lovely family running the hotel. Among the bigger hotels, this smaller hotel is such a relief. Beautiful garden with turtles and a little dog, the kids loved it. Great atmosphere. The neighboring pool can be accessed at EUR 10 for two beds and one parasol. Many places close by to relax on the beach. Great breakfast and food. Would definitely recommend. Also ask for the drink they make themselves made out of raki and walnuts. Thanks for the great stay!

The hotel is rather new. We had a very spacious room, which was practical as we were travelling with two dogs. We were also lucky to have a great sea view. The breakfast was delicious with local and home-made produce. The hostess was very welcoming and assisting. It was only a pity that their restaurant wasn't yet open (it was still off season), but there are some restaurants in a walking distance.

The mattress was too hard for our liking.

The location was highly accessible and convenient, boasting an underground garage that added to the ease of arrival. Additionally, the location provided a stunning view of the sea, enhancing the overall ambiance and providing a picturesque backdrop to the meal.

While the breakfast was excellent, there is room for improvement in the meals offered for dinner. Specifically, the soups and the fish dishes could have been better cooked. Enhancing the preparation of these dishes would further elevate the dining experience and ensure that every aspect of the culinary offerings meets the same high standard set by the breakfast.

Nice, spaceous room with a very comfortable bed. Overall very clean, good facilities. The breakfast buffet was big and varied, with lots of local specialties and regional products. Fantastic! And the owner was just lovely.

Be aware that the location is near the beach, quite far from the center of Orikum and along a road that cannot really be walked. You need a car. Besides, you can only pay in cash, don't forget to bring money.
