Very nice and friendly hotel placed in a very good location, practically in the center of the city. The room was maybe a little dated, but had a refrigerator, comfortable bed, correct bathroom, and good WiFi. The decor of the hotel has its own historic vibe. The breakfast was basic, but the staff was very friendly and helpful with advise. Free secured parking in the enclosed yard behind the hotel. Walking distance to all the major attractions of Oran, including the lower station of the cable car that will take you up onto the mountain overlooking the city and the Sanctuary of Santa Cruz located there. Strongly recommend. Will stay there again when next time in the area.

Quite posh lounge area, comfortable to sit in and read or work. Pretty good location, fairly central and a few minutes' walk from a tram stop. Rooms and beds basically comfortable.

No desk in rooms. Shower took ages to heat up and never really became as warm as one might wish. Breakfast buffet was not very inspiring. One important issue: all other hotels we stayed in in Algeria cheerfully allowed us to settle the bill with local currency in cash during our stay. This hotel wanted payment in advance by credit card, which is fiddly (you need to pay via a special app as they can't charge a foreign card directly). It also means you have to pay the least advantageous exchange rate!

Good and centrally located mid-range hotel in Oran, beautiful spacious lobby, spacious room (301), marble floor, pretty and elegant decor, comfortable bed, refrigerator, large bathroom with shower, decent breakfast; good but unfortunately hardly frequented restaurant

The hotel gives from Rue de l' Independence a neglected and abandoned impression, the former entrances are locked, access is via the parking lot on Blvd. Palestine. The lighting is not sufficient for reading. Wifi weak and unreliable. Occasional kitchen smells.

Spacious room and bathroom, all spotlessly clean, nice nostalgic decoration of the common areas. Great location - close to a tram stop, 5min walk to cable car, 10min to city centre and 15min to the train station. Friendly personnel

Everything was amazing, but the amability of the people working there was on a whole another level. I am 100% sure that this hotel has the frendliest staff you can find in all of Oran and probably in Algeria.

The location of the hotel is great, you can get to different places of Oran just by walking. The stuff was very friendly and always willing to help.

Missed some vegetables or fruits for breakfast, even though the omelette offered to us by the stuff was great. As in the whole country, if you don't speak Arabic or French, communication can be difficult.

The hotel is located in city center , near all the major sights. The tram station to other parts of the city stops in front in the hotel.
