Rooms were clean and check in was quick - access to Novotel restaurant and bar was great - staff in both the bar and restaurant were really helpful - we could use our credit card - parking was perfect

The rooms are clean and confortable

There is no familly room, or at least twins bed, as adult (sisters) we had to sleep together in double room Another small remarks, the swimming pool, we were told it closes at 7pm, 6h30pm we were not allowed to swim at that moment, the guard who was there and tge receptionist gave 2 different timing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good. The waitstaff was attentive.

The food variety wasn't well. I am a trained chef and I would have thought that they would have a variety of different foods available. There were several items we requested on the menu that weren't available. The breakfast menu only offered one egg dish which could be a problem for many. The environment was clean but lacked variety that is expected in a hotel of this caliber. The AC in one of our rented rooms didn't work even after the staff fixed it. The hotel did offer to move the room, but the family member declined the offer as they were tired. Odd that we had to go to the other side of the hotels to enter.

it's very clean and the stuff was nice and the most important thing is the location. it's near from everything here i really like it

Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very excellent and tasty. Rooms are modern and clean. I recommend it.
