Spartan but clean. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower (water pressure) excellent. Ezekiel, at the front desk, was exceptional. He spent a very long time trying to help us activate a Claro prepaid SIM card as our trip to the Claro store failed. (Their system wouldn’t process two different credit cards that day, weirdly.)

The hallway floors are linoleum so it kind of felt like you were walking in a sanitarium…

At 10-15 minutes distance from the airport, this pleasant hotel sits in an attractive little shopping arcade, which has a nice restaurant and bar and other options. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked fine.

When I arrived exhausted at 2.30am I went straight to bed so did not see the door to the shared balcony was left open, even though the curtains were fully closed, until I opened the curtains in the morning. I did not even know I had a balcony! So please do check if first floor that the door is closed, because anyone could be on the balcony.

I have trouble sleeping and before arriving I wrote them a message asking for a quite room. Normally hotels don’t even read those messages, but when I arrived and I asked for a quite room the person in the counter told me “don’t worry! I know you have trouble sleeping and you don’t like to be next to the elevadora so in giving you a very quite room trust me”. For me that meant they take care of their costumers! Totally recommend. Location beautiful and the rooms are very nice.

First of all, this is an adorable hotel in an adorable shopping center. We loved the local art and the onsite shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff and onsite management were terrific. From check-in to minor inquiries for help (such as towels and safe code reset), everything went incredibly smoothly. Everyone was very polite and helpful and we couldn't have been happier.

Clean, quiet, spacious hotel with friendly staff and brilliant included breakfast. The transfers to and from the airport took less than 20mins and were a reasonable price - $18 each way. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, and the hotel gym is handy.

The gym could really use a new treadmill - the belt slipped to the point of it being unsafe so I ended up running outside.

This is a real gem if you have a layover. Friendly and helpful staff who arranged airport shuttles, knew the area, and were genuinely interested in making our stay a great experience! Built into nice local mall in safe mall and shopping area. Many dining options and small grocery stores within blocks. Very reasonable value overall. Not a high-end luxury property but clean and reasonable!

Great, quiet spot for a long layover in Buenos Aires. Staff were very accommodating and were able to check us in early, much welcomed allowing us to nap and recover from our jet lag. As we needed to leave early the next morning before breakfast was served the staff arranged a bagged snack for us.

The entrance is obscure, and on a bumpy, dirt street. Somewhat difficult to find.

Spacious rooms in great location for airport with lots of bars and shops in walking distance. Free water and soft drinks a nice touch. Breakfast selection was good. Female receptionist saved us from missing our long haul flight when a pre-booked taxi failed to show by finding a local driver at a good price.

Hair dryer was very slow, water pressure in shower could have been better

Friendly helpful staff at reception. We liked the location to EZE Airport. Also liked the complex around the hotel with shops and restaurants. Nice local area.

Everything was good. We booked room with breakfast, we were leaving at 06.30hrs the day staff said a prepared breakfast would be ready for us. When we came down the person on duty didn't seem to know. He pleasantly got then got us a quick coffee and biscuits before our taxi arrived. Would have liked a more substantial prepared breakfast. I know it was early.

EZE Airport is on the outskirts of Buenos Aires and the are not many hotels near this airport. The hotel provides a reliable shuttle service that is arranged the day before the stay. The hotel is in a walkable mall with several dinner choices, from fast food to more pricey options.

The pillows on the beds are very fat and very firm. I chose to sleep without them.
