Amazing value for what was provided. We had a free upgrade and were given the extra luxury suite instead of the room we had originally booked. I think it could have been something like 90m² and had the largest, most luxurious bathroom I had ever seen, as well as the largest amount of towels per person of any room ever. The view was great. The staff was nice and available to satisfy any of our requests. We enjoyed the free saunas, both dry and humid, and swimming pool, as well as a nice massage (not included in the price). The restaurant provides amazing meals for extremely reasonable prices, providing mostly local cuisine. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and the parking spot for our pick-up truck more than abundant.

Wifi is very lackluster. Working remotely from our room would have been a real struggle.

Beautiful property surrounded by vineyards and mountains! we stayed in a deluxe villa room. it was really nice to have a short, very pretty walk to/from the hotel instead of staying in the main hotel building. our room was spacious with a lovely, large bathroom area. we also had a small outdoor patio with table and chairs. the room was very comfortable and clean. the pool area was lovely with the backdrop of the vineyards and mountain views. we borrowed the bikes at the hotel and rode around the extensive property and into town each morning. the golf course was good except, depending on the time of year, the mosquitos are crazy!! Aside from breakfast each morning, which was very good, we didn’t eat at the hotel. We had dinners at the various vineyards in the area. we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Our room was very nice (large, comfortable and with excellent views of the vineyard). The setting is peaceful. Excellent massage in spa.

Some small improvements need to be made to bring this hotel up to a 5 star standard. The breakfast selection could be better. with a menu of items to be ordered (e.g. it was not clear to us what eggs could be ordered). Small improvements to service at breakfast and more generally should be made e.g. staff should ask you if you want coffee rather than you having to ask them for it and should let you know what is available e.g. eggs.

Wow, what a place! Surrounded by vineyards. Our room was huge and beautiful. King size bed and 6 plush pillows…we had our best night sleep on our entire trip. Customer service was first-class (complimentary wine on check-in, bags carried for you, and they made us a surprise cake for my girlfriends birthday). Amenities were all fantastic (pools, spa, steam room and sauna).

It is expensive, and they don’t give you the proper USD<>ARS exchange rate which is sneaky. We would have stayed multiple nights if the price was less.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the spa treatment. We were able to use the stream room and jacuzzi. It was of course not a AIRE experience but it was private for 2 people with a nice view. Plus it was included in room rate which was a great deal. The room itself was big, so was the bathroom. The king size bed was huge and comfy. They also offered us a bottle of wine and some dessert which was a nice touch.

We paid extra for the deep tissue massage. That's my go-to massage so I can say it was def not deep tissue. Relaxing massage the best, which is a big disappointing given it's a 5-star hotel. Also the hotel itself is not as cute as Patios de Cafayate. If it was not because of the spa, we would have chosen Patios de Cafayate instead (even a bit cheaper for that date).

Great situation near town but also in amongst the vineyards. Gym and pool nice. outdoor pool not heated so was too cold to try out. Villas were huge and fantastic

we had read the food was not great so we did not eat lunch or dinner but the breakfast was very nice except thr coffeee which seems to be consistently terrible at all hotels we’ve stayed in in Argentina

Everything was amazing. The view from the villa, facilities, breakfast, location, spaces, and equipment. The bathroom too! The staff and services are top-notch as well.

This is one of those strange cases where I'm struggling to find something to name here. If I had to give feedback, the cleaning service schedule could be better organized.

The hotel is in a pleasant, calm and natural environment, embodying what you expect from a luxury accommodation located in a winery. Villas are big and comfortable. The starry nights there pay you back! Staff is kind and smiling. Breakfast is not sumptuous, however not disappointing the expectation. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent, high quality and big portions!

The morning of the checkout, we found the bill at our doorstep. This is not a very elegant gesture, expecially for a place asking 200 dollars per night in Argentina. It's the first time that happens to us and we honestly didn't like it.

We stayed in the superior villa and it was stunning! We had so much space to tan, relax, or soak in the jacuzzi tub which we were able to fill with cold water. We decided to have all our meals at the villa, breakfast in and all. The staff helped us bring back whatever we wanted each morning and were overall so welcoming. They liked my partners Naruto tattoos.

The hotel is a bit farther from town if you plan to walk. We would recommend taking taxis or renting a car, which is what we did. On a side note... The one open highway (HWY 68) from Salta to Cafayate often experiences flooding if it rains upstream. We got caught waiting, along with about 40 other vehicles for a large flow of water to subside before our car could safely make it through. IF you encounter this it normally takes about 1-3 hours for the water to subside. After 2 hours we were able to proceed and all was great. We didn't read anything about this online but locals on the scene said this happens with some regularity and the best thing to do is to wait it out. The flood spot is about 40 mins out from the town of Cafayate.

Excellent location, big and confortable villas. The staff was ver helpful, excellent customer service, recomending visits to vineyars and making reservations. We visited Piatelly and Viñas en Flor , which we didn’t knew and we highlly recomend! Very good breackfast and wellcome drink for check in.

The restaurant of the hotel was not at the level of the place and staff.
