Second time staying at Caseros 248 Hotel, and the staff is still friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location. There is a lot to see and eat within walking distance. It is also quite easy to get out of the area when needed. I will happily stay here again.

Not a major complaint, but the gym/fitness center could use a few heavier weights and a bench, or universal machine.

Breakfast, location and room are good. The bed is enormous and very comfortable.

They charge for parking. It's not included in the price. I guess this should be clarified when booking. A Coca-Cola bottle was opened in my room fridge, but they solved it by giving me one without charging it. The carpets generate static electricity and you will be kicked when you touch the elevator.

The food was good and breakfast had great variety. The lighting and ambience of the hotel was wonderful.

I didn't like that we didn't have better control over the temperature in our room. It was too warm and we couldn't turn on a fan or air.

The stay was very pleasant. Exceptionally good staff, they helped me with a night extension due to an issue with the returning flight, even though the hotel was quite full. Clean rooms and good breakfast. In conclusion, very good relation between the price and the service.

All in one: nice hotel with a couple of things which could run better. E.g. during the check-in the receptionist wanted to charge to us VAT although no VAT is charged to the foreigners in Argentina. The receptionist had our passports, had our credit card, so it was obviously that we are foreigners, nevertheless we had to discuss about VAT. At the end of our stay we asked the hotel team to call a taxi for us. Nobody helped us with our luggage. There were three men at the reception but they we busy talking with each other. The taxi they called for us did not want to switch on the taxameter and we had to leave it some streets away from the hotel and look for a new one. I expect from a 4 star hotel a better care of the customers than we had in Caseros 248.

Everything is great but only thing that isnt exactly like the pictures show is the breakfeast. It isäs more basic than indicated by the pictures but it is alright.

I liked the staff! They were really exceptional and very kind. The hotel has a very nice location near sightseeing spots and the hotel was very clean! The breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety to choose from and the dinner was delicious as well.

That even when it was 23 degrees Celsius outside, I couldn't have the A/C on my room and it was not pleasant and very warm during the night. They told me that because it's autumn the whole hotel had the heating on and couldn't switch to AC. I didn't like that.

Great location in the heart of the Old City. Very comfortable and spacious room with all you need - a variety of lighting, chairs for reading, electric kettle. Friendly staff and flexibility for check-in and check-out time.

This is a new, modern hotel, on a great location, with big rooms, nice personnel and a breakfast with plenty of options.

Despite the hotel being new, I was surprised to see that, especially in the bathrooms, things looked worn out already.
