I liked the pool and the water temperature. I also thought the staff was super nice and friendly.

I thought the room was a little dated, but I knew that was the case coming in, so I was not surprised or disappointed. The elevators had a strange odor, like of burnt wood or something.

-Comfortable bed -Helpfull staff at the front desk -Silent room percect for light sleepers like me -I love Argentina and argentinians so even if the service was not perfect I can't say anything negative about the staff, I loved them for their spontaneity and good attitude! :-)

-Breakfast is very basic and poor -No electric plugs close to the bed (to charge the phone you've to search a lot for a free plug in the room) -This hotel in Europe would be classified like a 3/4 stars hotel, for sure not 5. Some example: if you'd like a fresh orange juice at breakfast you've to pay for it, the frigobar in the room is totally empty (probably officially is for Covid protocols), the bathroom is very "old fashioned" and usurated -For European standard the price is fair, for Argentinian standard the price is high -Be aware that spa is closed due to Covid protocols. Pools are open but you need to book your sunchair in advance for maximum 90 minutes (also due to Covid protocols)

It was very good, except for coffee, the one from the machines was horrendous, but the service were nice and brought me a tasty coffee from the kitchen!!

I had booked a double bed with sea side view. When we arrived we were given a room with a cemetery view!!! Absolutely not the same, to get the sea- side view we had to content with two single beds, and I was charged just the same, even though when I booked the room, the double bed had an extra charge, as did the view!!! We were staying there just for a few days, so I had no intention to lose muy precious time discussing with a manager and accepted the two bed room, but I think that we could at least had been offered a discount, I’m still waiting!!!

Hospitality, facilities, Las Barcas restaurant staff , food and service. Amazing breakfast and very comfortable. Very kind staff and well educated attmosphere.

Well, in the room you have two books 1) Mormon religion book 2) New testament religion book... I think that having The Christian Bible will make a difference.

I asked for 2 extra pillows. The never sent them. The Hotel needs a remodeling, no usb ports as you can find in Marriott's Hotels

Everything was amazing!!! great room, despite the fact that we are vegan, the breakfast had different options for all of us. Reception and Bar personal were very kind !!!
