Really nice, welcoming and comfortable mid-range hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, good-sized comfortable room, spotlessly clean throughout, decent breakfast (cold meats & cheeses, fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, etc), pleasant lounge area, short walk to the main centre with plenty of restaurant options. We stayed while visiting family in Neuquen. This was a nice place to come back to rest :)

This hotel was fantastic. The room and common areas were impeccable! Rooms are comfortable for 2 people, really nice bathroom and beds. The view from the top floors is great. The staff was very friendly. Overall great place.

The only thing I could mention is that the underground parking is tight if you have a pickup.

The room was excellent - spacious, well fitted out, clean, a real pleasure to stay in. Reception staff were very helpful. Having a secure car park at no cost was great, though it was the tightest I've ever met (10-point turns required). Having a big balcony with good views was a bonus.

Breakfast was disappointing all round. One staff member was uncommunicative/grumpy. the breakfast spread looked great but in fact had very limited healthy options. No good cereals, no cold milk (ask for it each day), and one day, by 9am, the fruit salad was all gone and the little that remained of scrambled eggs was like leather. Most of the offering was bread and pastries full of fat and sugar. Dining room offerings were expensive and unimaginative.

Great restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice lobby and lounge to relax or work. Room was great and cleaning superb.

Gym wasn’t in hotel although not far to walk

The room was excellent, spacious, well laid out, with everything you'd want, eg desk, fridge. Bathroom was very good. Enjoyed having a roomy balcony and great views. Desk staff and some dining staff were great. Car park was handy, but extremely tight (10 pt turn required).

Breakfast was a patchy experience. By 9am, there were no dessert spoons left, the healthy cereal was almost gone, and the scrambled eggs were sparse and rubbery. And never any milk to go with the cereal ... makes no sense.

Fantastic staff, patient and helpful. On Christmas Day there was not a restaurant open in the town including at this hotel but the staff made us cheese sandwiches to keep us alive. Allowed us late checkout for a reasonable fee. Room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Great shower.

The fitness center is not onsite your use is subject to the schedule of the offsite gym.

minor details to improve: breakfast was ok but could improve the scrambled eggs. Window blinds were off their rails so couldn’t close them completely. Bathroom ceiling was peeling off due to humidity. access cards constantly demagnetizing…

Excellent hotel and service.

My only concern was that they did not have gluten free and lactose free for the breakfast, although I asked when I did the reservation

I paid in cash for the whole stay including some water and snacks from the frigobar and some days later I got a charge on my credit card. When checking out I book for one night the following week and when called to ask about free parking they told me that the reservation was cancelled and they got no available rooms. According to them I should have called to confirm the reservation.

Clean, nice, good located and kind personnel

Nothing was bad, it is a really good value hotel.
