The hotel is located in the city center, a few blocks from the beach. Everything is on walking distance. Hotel is in quite good condition with modern facilities. Air condititioning worked well without making too much noise. Modern smart TV with big screen in the hotel room. The breakfast was good and had a range of sweet and salty offerings. The staff was kind and let us check out an hour later.

I would have appreciated higher quality coffee, i.e. from a proper espresso machine, at breakfast. There was a bit of a funky smell on our floor and in our. It smelled a bit sweaty and it is not at all clear why, given the weather and how well things were cleaned. This was not a big deal though.

Lovely hotel with a great staff team. The chef is really good and produces tasty food. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choices. Rooms and linen nice and super clean. The bathrooms would benefit from a small update (the sink is too small for the vanity unit) but the rest of the hotel was perfect and the prize was really good value. Thank you to all of big the lovely staff.

The staff was very professional and service oriented. They provided us with our every need, we got a drink when we arrived and were guided very well around the hotel. Also we got very good tips about things to do and support with some bookings. The rooms are very big and comfortable, with a good bed and Smart TV. The breakfast is complete and very good. We could use their bikes for free and they were good bikes.

The hotel lacks some charm. There is a big place to sit down and relax, but it's not really inviting. But that's personal of course, as a young couple we were looking for some more liveliness.

The hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach area and short walking distance to many good restaurants. Our room was large and clean with very comfortable beds. Parking there was easy. The favorite part of our stay was the incredible variety of delicious buffet breakfast options including many kinds of fruit, eggs, bacon, breads, desserts, juices, and coffee. We loved the breakfasts.

Everything was really great. The breakfast was the best we have had in all the hotels we stayed in Argentina. But the kindness and attention of all staff from the hotel was exceptional. Highly recommended in case you stay in Puerto Madryn

The hotel walk beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff and service were exceptional. So accommodating and professional. Also the breakfast was great (dinner was good, too). I was so happy that they also served vegetables which I found is not usually done in Argentina. Sorry I couldn’t stay longer. It was wonderful!

I liked everything!

Rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Had a very comfortable feeling to the communal areas.

WiFi in the room was not very good and things like the chipped bath and damage to a wall made it look a little uncared for

Nice hotel, very clean room, friendly hotel team. Has a laundry service that was good. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the ocean, has parking too. Breakfast is tasty and has a good choice of dishes.

Dinner was okay. Better to have something in the city.

The buffet breakfast was the best of our trip. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and made us want to sleep in. The parking was very easy and secure. There were several good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The staff was friendly, but not the most helpful. Part of this may have been due to communication barriers as the staff did not speak much English.

We stayed for a few nights in Puerto Madryn while waiting to board an Antarctic cruise. The hotel was well located to restaurants and shopping and was also within walking distance of the cruise terminal. The room was spacious and clean although a second armchair might have been nice. The breakfast buffet had a wide range to suit most people.

Would have liked some information about airport transfers, particularly as the hotel offers this service but wasn't available when requested. Would have been happy with less salt in the cooking - people can always add more.
