Breakfast was a good buffet with sweet and savory offerings. Rooms were refreshed daily. The housekeeping staff is accommodating to guest needs. Good bedding. Front desk had quick communication and quick response to problems.

The endless 40-minute loop of pop music day and night. The shower had scalding hot water that sometimes was even hotter at random. Shower spray ended up on the floor since there is a glass partition, not a curtain. A/C controls were not intuitive. However, the unit worked well once we figured it out. Somehow, it took 25 minutes for a dessert order of ice cream to arrive at our table. That’s a minor gripe, but was unexpected.

If there for just a few days, it’s far from the newer part of the city, but there’s not much to see there anyway.

Location was great. Good parking. Rooms were a good size. Gym was nice. The staff were very helpful.

The rooms were above the outdoor dining area so it was pretty noisy with loud music until late.

Really central in great location. Room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

If you are a foreign national be sure when you book in you have your email notification from Argentina Immigration that you have entered the country. Neither my partner or I received this email and knew nothing about it (we don’t speak Spanish, so when we passed through the border we may have been told?). We were charged the extra 21% tax on our room rate even though we were paying with a foreign credit card and had foreign passports, and were told their policy at the hotel was that they needed to sight the email we didn’t receive, and also which I couldn’t retrieve from anywhere. They wouldn’t waiver on this - even when I pointed out that this was the first hotel that had asked us for this - after we had already spent over 3 weeks in Argentina staying at a variety of accommodation providers. The policy for this hotel should spell this out clearly!
