Staff was kind and responsive. Location is outstanding. The adjoining cafe/restaurant provided an excellent free breakfast and good lunches at a fair price.

Upper floors are in need of renovations; rooms (along mop boards) and bathrooms (behind/near the toilet) should be cleaned more carefully; internet routers need to be replaced/updated; air conditioners must be in good working order; some bed linens and bath towels had holes or permanent staining and should be replaced.

The staff was wonderful! Service was the kindest, most considerate, and helpful compared to many of the places I've stayed, and we travel a lot. I appreciate the willingness to accommodate us and kindly respond to our requests.

I was disappointed that they didn't have an iron or a hair dryer. Must needs for trips.

Excellent location for the main square, things to do and places to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Big bed and good-sized room. Breakfast buffet in the on-site restaurant was ok. Great value for money stay

The breakfast was quite good. The staff was very friendly.

The way that the shower is set up caused quite a lot of water to end up on the floor. Also, the tub was high off the floor, so getting in and out of the shower would cause problems for someone without good balance.

Staff were excellent. Very accommodating. Rooms cleaned every day. Location central, not noisey. Easy to book excursions via reception.

Wi fi in room was poor. Reception area good. Room not as booked but was resolved.

This hotel is exceptional...Check-in was handled speedily.The room was large and super clean.Breakfast was superb-one of the best I've had in a long time.Top marks to Samir,Ignacio,Soledad and all the staff.
