Absolutely amazing property! Very beautiful and comfortable! We had a room with jacuzzi and beautiful view to the lake. Really enjoyed our time there. Perfect for romantic get away!

We had problem with the night front desk woman. She was bully me about how can I proof that my cards are not local, behaved very unprofessional and at the end overcharged me! We spend over one hour at the front desk. Very poor experience. Also breakfast, we can like 20 min before breakfast was over and tables were almost empty.

The rooms were lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. We stayed here before and after cycling the siete lagos and they very kindly stored our bags for us.

Not a negative as we knew this when we booked but the location is a little out of Villa La Angostura and Puerto Natales so would recommend a car to get around of taxis - the staff will happily order and they are cheap to get into town

An amazing hotel in a fantastic freshly-rennovated wooden manshion with lovely staff, good healthy breakfasts, big wooden fireplace and a very reasonable price/quality ratio. Great for Digital Nomads, as it has a very comfortable and spacious lobby, overlooking the lake and tge mountains with great high-speed internet. The owners are lovely and helped us a lot in exploring the wonderfull area of Villa-la-Angostura. Would love to come back again!

Bear in mind that the doors of the hotel close overnight.

We loved the rustic, cosy feel of the hotel - lots of common areas to sit and relax in. The location was also great with a few restaurants/bars in walking distance. We stayed in a room with a spa bath which had a beautiful view.

Coffee and tea in the rooms and a few more healthy options at breakfast (e.g. muesli and plain yogurt) would make this place even better

The room was lovely and the lady who waited for us to check at 10pm was lovely. Very accommodating. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and good coffee. I liked the fireplace in the room and the spa bath. Sat nav takes you past the hotel which is up a steep path so ask the hotel for a pin drop. We had to use the snow chains to depart the hotel as it had snowed quite a bit during the night.

It’s a little drive from the town but that wasn’t really a problem for us

Beautiful place to stay in a stunning location. Breakfast was exceptional, staff went above and beyond to make the stay the best it could be. The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommendable.

A bit difficult to access via public transport.

Kind staff, stunning views. The perfect place in La Angostura. Close to the major hikes/excursions in the area. Very accommodating. Covers the essentials, too: fast WiFi, clean, etc. Recommended for both Americans and Argentinians.

Exceptional view, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Air conditioning would be a great addition for those hot nights.

The property is amazing like a dream, there is no words to describe the exceptional that it is.
