Perfect location, beautiful view and decoration

Noise on the street and on the floor. Breakfast was too simple and too small, it could be improved.

The location is great, the staff is also great, only had 1 hiccup at check in where they initially were charging more than suppose to but it was a honest mistake and probably a new employee and was fixed. The bed, for being thos cheap, isn't horrible. It's ok

We stayed at 2 hotels for the same exact cost per a night and it was night and day difference. Common areas, rooms, everything. First. The walls are beyond paper thin here, you can hear every conversation of everyone even multiple rooms away. Including everyone's TV and everything. The toilet was leaking all over in the bathroom, half the lights in the room were burnt out and didn't work, it was very dark, had to use flashlight on our phone to see anywhere near the closet area. Only 1 pillow, first time had just 1 pillow on the bed, not enough. Free breakfast it says, but I don't consider them even serving breakfast. It's just toast. Cold toast at that. There is no wifi here in the rooms, they say they have it, I was suppose to work in the morning, couldn't. No wifi at all. Entire stay. They have wifi in the common area downstairs, but it is very slow. Window in the bathroom is broken and doesn't close, so it's winter. And snowing, can get an idea how cold it is in there due to that.
