It's a beautiful property, the pool is huge and includes a play area for young ones. The attached restaurant serves great meals. The reception staff were very attentive even when busy. An extra nice touch was those that spoke English very well, like Josesina, who with the cleaning staff, ensured I got a tablet returned that I almost left behind. Excellent customer service!

The rules seemed excessive, not being able to bring food back from off-site, and not being able to eat or drink near the pool-seems that could be difficult on extra hot days

The hotel is nice, facilities are well maintained, clean and there is a good use of space. The overall modern aesthetic of the place is pretty.

As characteristic of Holiday Inn hotels, rooms aren't very spacious and are meant to be used just for sleeping in them. The restaurant service was good; food wasn't extremely delicious but the quanitites were good. The buffet breakfast could use a little more variety in what it offers guests.

- Excellent staff. Reception staff Mary, Nestor and Luciana were very friendly, efficient and helpful, but special mention must be made for Ayelén, who works in the restaurant. She went out of her way to help us find transport, when there wasn't any available. Not part of her job, but she was going the extra mile to help a guest, which we really appreciated. - The room was comfortable, with a huge (super king?) bed. - There was good free wifi. - Breakfast was good, with lots of options available. - The hotel has numerous facilities available (sauna, gym area, small indoor pool, large outdoor pool, children's play area, table tennis area). - Good value for money

Couldn't rate this a 10 as there were a couple of issues: - Impossible to get shower gel, shampoo or hand wash out of the wall-mounted dispensers. I was told they were being replaced, but in the meantime, a bar of soap should have been provided. - There was no mattress protector or duvet cover for the duvet - only sheets, which were too small for the large bed. By the morning, the sheets weren't covering either the mattress or the duvet. Not very hygenic.

The hotel needs updates. They charge you if you lose the keys even they freak out about the little envelope where they gave me the keys. The rooms are small Basic breakfast and bad service. Hotel doesn't meet internacional chain brand.

Stupid hotel, poor breakfast, you have to beg for a second cup of coffee. They ask you to pay an ungodly amount of money for plain bottled water. Never again....
