We stayed for 9 nights and the hotel staff significantly exceeded our expectations. We would especially note the helpfulness and professionalism of Mrs. Eranuhi and Mr. Artur at the reception desk. They made our stay at Radisson hotel very comfortable and pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast, as well as the Alexandra spa.

While making our decision about the stay, we were especially interested in the quality and services of the hotel spa. Although the pictures available were good, the spa actually was much better. Should the venue info on booking.com tell more about the spa benefits and beauty, many more visitors would come.

We were upgraded to suit from premium. Room was big and clean. Unfortunately I dont know the name of the representative on desk, but he was sooooo helpful and kind. We travelled by car so we were very tired + hungry so we expressed our concerns about spa a bit roughly (you cant go together as a couple because the spa is separate for man and women) but he managed everything great and made our stay amazing. All the staff were great actually

The only thing that bothered me a bit was church very near to hotel which was ringing bells practically every day on approximately 10 am 😅 but I understand everything and I wake up early so not big of a deal for me + I went to this church and it was absolutely breathtaking

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the area. My room was spotless, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The spa and swimming pool were top-notch, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I was also impressed by the breakfast selection—so diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. One small but charming detail that really stood out: they change the elevator carpet daily and lay out one with the name of the day on it. It's such a thoughtful and fun touch! Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

If I had to mention a couple of downsides, the pillow was a bit uncomfortable for my taste, which slightly affected my sleep. Also, while the hotel itself was great, Gyumri is quite a noisy city, and I was disturbed by loud church bells early in the morning, around 8–9 AM. This was surprising, especially since we stayed during weekdays when you wouldn't normally expect a morning mass. It’s something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay.

However, the only issue I faced was the lack of sound isolation — it was a bit noisy both in the mornings and at night, which affected the overall peace and quiet. Also, I want to mention that the spa and pool facilities are separated for men and women. I didn’t notice this information before booking, and it would be helpful if it was made clearer in the listing.

My stay at the Shiraz Plaza Hotel & Spa in Gyumri was exceptional. The hotel's luxurious ambiance and warm and professional staff made for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering comfort and elegance. The spa facilities were outstanding, providing a serene escape with various treatments that rejuvenated me. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight, with a diverse menu featuring delicious local and international dishes prepared to perfection. The hotel's location was also ideal, situated conveniently close to Gyumri's main attractions, allowing easy exploration of the city's rich cultural heritage.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The hotel is located right in the city center, which was super convenient. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a wide variety of delicious options—Champagne included, which was a lovely touch! One of the highlights was the free access to Alexandra Spa that comes with booking a room here. Truly a great experience—we definitely recommend it!

If there was more than 10, i would gladly give even higher grade. Staff is so helpful and welcoming, always smiles. The food was delicious, even though the menu was almost the same for the 3 days we stayed. The cleanness was top. The location was very convenient. One of the highlight was the free access to the Alexandra Bath in Gyumri, which was just 3 min walk from the hotel. Top service. Thank you very much.

I liked everything. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stay, the bed was comfortable, the service was exceptional. The breakfast was also good. There was something for every taste, from sweet to salty. Loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is freshly renovated, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has with a large variety of dishes.

Too many people at breakfast, coming from some other hotels. Because of this the line for coffee was for 10 minutes, and I had to wait for fried eggs 15 minutes. Also it was a problem to find a sit. And you have to rename the hotel here - I couldn't find any signs of "Shiraz Plaza” at the street.
