We loved all of these: Stunning location. Lovely staff (especially Marek, Tigran, Karin, Valentina, Ruksana - everyone really). Spacious, clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Generous bathroom. Delicious range of fresh food - dear smiling chef. My massage. The spa staff, sauna and pool. We left feeling deeply refreshed. Thank you.

We would have appreciated a clearer explanation of what the medical spa was and how it worked as we had never experienced one before so it took a while for us to understand what was going on. We would also have appreciated bring given the time of meals when we arrived as we arrived quite hungry at 3pm, but assumed lunch was over. It was only when we read the times on the paper in the rooms that we realised we could have eaten, but by then it was 4pm. These are two minor points as the stay was very fantastic and we loved it.

Property was really top class. All the amenities were amazing.The receptionist was amazing, inspite of not knowing English she managed well, really appreciate her efforts in making us feel comfortable.

I think the food variety was not that much very limited and not really nice, plus the staff was shying away or just laughing or trying to avoid eye contact for any question when we were checking for some options as we don’t consume all meats, this could be may be due to language barrier I am not sure that was the only thing I felt weird rest all was very good. The receptionist too didn’t knew English properly but she was a lovely lady and helped us in each step

I had a great stay at Grand Resort Jermuk. The location was perfect—right in the middle of a beautiful garden in the heart of Jermuk, ideal for peaceful walks and enjoying the amazing nature all around. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The food options included in all inclusive package were limited and lacked variety. I can’t say exactly what should be added or removed, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The location is central and the accommodation is top, very clean and nicely layed out. The shower is incredibly spacious and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find an assortment of high quality pastries and fruit, that was over and beyond, Thank you! The breakfast buffet is vast and has something for everyone, the dinner menu was also elaborate, I really enjoyed the two dishes that I ordered! The spas is clean and large, just a very good experience.

It would be good to have clearer signs to the spa and pool area, as it was behind a conspicuous door that an employee had to direct me to.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Resort Jermuk. The accommodation was excellent, with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms that made the stay very relaxing. The location of the resort is truly scenic – surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings. Taking a walk around the resort in the evening was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of the trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which added a warm touch to the overall experience. Breakfast was also very good, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Jermuk with excellent service.

The room was spacious and I enjoyed the pillows and duvets, they were as soft as a soufflé. The hotel isn't crowded at all, all the facilities are available, although I know it was overbooked at the time. The staff was perfect, I want to thank them very much. They make you feel like you're a valued guest and you can be sure that any question or problem will be solved without delay or fuss. The breakfast was really nice for both children and elderly with special requests in our large family group. The spa was great, I especially enjoyed the spacious Jacuzzi and my family members enjoyed every medical and spa procedure. Thank you so much, I feel so refreshed after my stay.

There was a smell in my room every time I went to the toilet. We had to open the balcony door to get rid of it. This was fine when it was 20-30 degrees outside, but what are you supposed to do when the weather is less pleasant? We were also neighbours to a room connected by a technical door with some young noisy ladies. I think it would be best for the property if we had our own relatives next door next time?

One of the best price for value we have ever been. There is a large parking place in front of the hotel. The room is large and very comfortable with everything included (sampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, shoe cleaning sponge, tee, coffe, minibar, etc). The hotel had a good breakfast, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool. We got also some medical treatment for free (circular shower, paraffin for hands, aromatherapy, salt room, yoga, etc). There are thermal water wells (30-55 Celsius degrees) behind the hotel.

In addition to the spa, the hotel offers fitness, yoga, and nature walks, which gave me a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. The fresh air and peaceful environment made me feel completely relaxed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the restaurant. They serve three meals a day, and every meal was delicious! The food was fresh, healthy, and there were lots of options to choose from. Whether I wanted something light or a more filling meal, everything was prepared perfectly. I looked forward to every meal! The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing spa and wellness vacation with great food, Grand in Jermuk is the perfect choice. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect—from the spa treatments and wellness activities to the delicious meals and friendly service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great property with peaceful surroundings. Beautiful walk around the park with a floating cafe in the lake. Great breakfast with wide choices. The bedding and towels were fresh and great quality. There are drinking water fountains all around and it is delicious! Would recommend to walk to the waterfalls if you fancy a little bit of the challenge coming back uphill.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi was always busy and a lot of kids. Think it would be great to have a separate facility for children as it was often very loud. We had 8 treatments included with our stay, first we had a consultation with a doctor but I wasn't convinced and perhaps this was a language problem. We ended up not using the treatments as it involved a lot of paperwork and logistics. I think I would just prefer if 30min massage would be offered instead of 8 treatments.

I love Grand Resort's helpful staff. Knarik, their receptionist, was great; she was very friendly and helpful. Their spa was amazing, and I want to thank Vahram once more for the amazing massage. Their doctor, Harutyunyan, was very helpful during consultations too. The location was great as well, near the Gallery where you can drink water, and there is a small lake with ducks. Love it. 🤩

Breakfast was okay, but I would have loved more variations. I didn't like the pizza we tried; it was more like khachapuri and not good at all. They are good at cooking Armenian dishes but not other cuisines. Also, I didn't like the sauna area as it was too wet. I would recommend having a place for sunbathing as the weather was amazing during my stay.
