The managers were very good in contacting me to organise late check in. The had the air con running to warm the room and light on ready for us. That was very nice and appreciated. Room was very well presented, clean and bright. Good security with a key code gate. We felt safe in a town that we had heard some not great feedback. Petrol station was across the road so it was handy.

The motel is very old and run down externally. Needs some TLC but the room was very comfortable and manager service was great. Price for room was high considering the actual motel doesn't present well visually. It's just like an 80s brick interior style of room but perfectly acceptable for our purpose.

It was quite basic but good as it is a small country town. Comfortable bedding , really nice friendly helpful staff. We had an exec room so not possible to put us closer to our sons in the second room. Outlook from the doorway was quite a mess but not sure if that area belongs to the motel.

Info for early exit key drop. We didn’t know whatbwe were meant to do but it wasn’t a big issue - left tge key in our room and sent a text to the office e mobile to let them know. They sent a nice reply which we appreciated. Nothing to really dislike on our stay at all.

First time staying at this property in my old hometown. We were allowed in to our room 1.5hrs early to freshen up and leave our luggage. Cannot fault the staff or our room. So wonderful to see new owners/management continuing to provide great service to visitors of the Bourke community

Nothing. A great clean motel

Everything you need - warm, comfortable, clean and quiet with knives and forks, very small plates, mugs - tea and coffee making but no spoons. Get your water from bathroom sink and wash up there using bathroom towel to dry - not ideal but everything else very good. We had delux room - very spacious, nice and comfortable. Worth the extra price I think.

Comfortable beds and pillows, great updated bathroom with motel amenities Small microwave and tea coffee facilities. Easy check in Split system air con and electric heat pad under mattress . A typical country motel room with modern large screen Tv table/ chairs and sofa, don’t expect modern, however neat and clean Close to pub, cafe and IGA.

Very friendly reception - room has a good size and everything was working. Lot of facilities and very clean

I think that $253 per night is a lot for a motel in Bourke - it was good but not that good

loved the location. Close to town. The host was very friendly and helpful. He upgraded us at no extra cost to a spa room, which we enjoyed. Facilities clean and on the whole comfortable

I didnt like the pillows and the free wifi rarely worked! Had to use my own personal hot spot.

the room was comfortable and spacious but I did have to be assertive to get a decent room they’re not all as spacious

the pool had been concreted over - it no longer exists! even though there is still a photo of the pool on booking.com

The only down side was our room was next to the laundry and the noisy washing machine went until very late at night, keeping us awake.
