Spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed something. Comfortable beds. Clean utensils. Clean fridge that was big enough for us to use and worked brilliantly. Air conditioner worked perfectly.

The microwave worked great once I had worked out what the buttons were for. Unfortunately, the labels for the buttons were completely rubbed away so it was a bit of guesswork. Maybe it should be labelled again. The shower screen could probably do with a bit of a scrub :) Oh, and the bed was on castors that didn't lock so, the bed kept moving around when you sat on it or sat up in bed! Just replace the end castors with lockable castors and inconvenience fixed!

Really nice little restaurant and like most motels that ( falsely) advertise a restaurant, it was ACTUALLY OPEN and running. The motel is well situated in town, close to shops and parks, It is nice to have a restaurant in a motel when at the end of a day's driving, you don't feel like driving all over town looking for somewhere to eat.

There was nothing to complain about. As stated, a good, c;lean, well situated motel...with a WORKING, ATTRACTIVE RESTAURANT.

The staff were really lovely and accommodating to our needs. The bed was very comfortable,, nice shower, good heating and good sized television with clear picture quality. Good location to town centre and we enjoyed a nice hot breakfast delivered to our room. The restaurant attached which is part of the complex will also deliver meals to your room. If we pass through again, we would be happy to stay here again

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The room service menu was very quick & tasted great. The colonial was easy to find & conveniently located in town, very short walk to lots all shops, restuarants & takeaways. There were also 2 parks right next door & across the road for a quick walk after a long drive.

It was a little bit loud with the trucks exhaust brakes but after a while it was easy to ignore

Good size room with a comfortable bed. The location was good, requiring only a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest pubs for a feed. The only fault with our room was that the open shower which was perfectly OK, but the hand draw shower curtains did not stop water from spreading all over the bathroom floor instead of draining

Room location and staff were good. I would have liked four things: 1. More dishes and cutlery. There was only 2 cups and two teaspoons 2. Breakfast would have been nice but not essential. 3. Some sort of guide in the rooms to explain about wi-fi, laundry, TV switch etc 4. Because of the layout of the parking area it was very difficult for some cars to get out. Maybe a suggestion that some people park in an area slightly away from there room.

Lack of the things mention above in question 3.

The staff are amazing!! Really. The best !! Best costumer service ever. The compliment in refrigerator was awesome too. Always feel like home when talk with employees. Very helpful for someone new like me. And the place was huge. Bed is excellent.

As long as i stay, I'm not found something that I dislike.

Very clean and comfortable great manager Restaurant on site wasn’t open due to lack Of staff ( a huge problem in the country towns) but the manager called in a local lady and opened it for us 4 and 4 other guests and we had a great dinner - good wines and beers too which were unexpected. Room service breakfast was another bonus Highly recommend this motel

Not a thing

Room clean, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, excellent breakfast. Does well for one night stopover. Weren’t bothered by traffic noise, after all Motels are going to be close to main highways.

Fridge and air conditioner need replacing, aircon huffed all night and had to turn off fridge because it was making weird noises. Pillows very thick and firm, maybe some slimmer ones need to be added so people can have a choice.

We had travelled for nearly 13 hours when we arrived and the kitchen was due to close in 20 minutes but they kept it open so we could have dinner which we were extremely grateful for. The room was clean and comfortable
