Poolside Bar and pool, birdlife around, unpretentious menu, friendly staff, great location. Good old fashioned bathroom lighting, nothing fancy but best we've experienced for years at any hotel. Maybe because bathroom space so tight?The sheets were quality cotton which is what you need when the air con is not working well, but a great plus anyhow.

Air con in our room didn't work. Room was quiet and with a private garden outlook. But to call it an'oceanview room' is a stretch! Bathroom very small. Top crossbar of shower frame too low for a 6ft plus person. Inadequate bench space.

Breakfast was just right and cooked breakfast on one day was good. The room and outdoors patio was excellent. Restaurant menu, facilities, and takeaway were excellent.

Bathroom shower door did not close and the shower leaked on floor through side screen. Like all hotel bathrooms there was insufficient provision for storage of toilet bags.

The location was great a short walk to woolies and restaurant and bar next door

I didnt want to say anything i didnt like but if there was one thing the Air conditioning could be upgraded as these box wall ones are quite noisy and click on and off during the night

Room air conditioners require servicing; bathroom toilet leakage minor but needs attention; TV shuts down very frequently; vehicle security not adequate unless requesting parking in campground; lack of staff to provide for breakfast in dining room (set food allocations provided in paper bag to room); very expensive beverages in bar.

Friendly staff. Aggie was very professional and very accomodating to our needs as a visit to this place.

I found the power switch was confusing. I wanted to charge my mobile but I didn’t know that I had to turn on the power switch to do this.

It stood out in Nhulunbuy, the architecture and up keep made it a landmark in the centre of town

The exorbitant cost limited out stay.

Location had a pool, well kept green garden, backed onto Town Beach, central spot. Offered breakfast, lunch & dinner. Excellent service by all staff.

The staff at reception were so helpful and welcoming. The relaxed environment and just all round friendliness.

The food was a bit hit and miss, I had beautiful barra one night and then a steak that I couldn't cut with a steak knife the next night. I did mention it, but it was very busy and I'm not sure if the staff took it on board.

The room was well appointed and it was great to have a balcony. Staff were really friendly.

Staff were great but sometimes had to wait a bit to get seated at the restaurant in the evening.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of fresh fruit, nice yoghurt and different cereal choices, tea and coffee. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.

the basin in the bathroom needed a good scrub, some dirt up around the lip of the basin which is yucky for cleaning your teeth! The cafe ran out of soy milk which meant I couldn't get a coffee (not a big deal, an understandable, but still a shame I couldn't have coffee)
