The food was fantastic though the cook yelling at us out the back door was pretty rude when we arrived yelling to not park over the pathway could have come out and explained it nicely rather than screaming from the back door The water pressure in the shower was amazing

The mattress unfortunately was terrible and needs replacing the main thing people want in a stay is a comfy mattress as they are paying to sleep there in comfort Just a small Thing but no spoons provided for our dessert The rooms were clean but like walking back into the 80’s probably time for an update

The room delivered meal was delicious ( we both had the Green Thai curry chicken. Everything was clean, shower was hot. Beds are comfortable.

Prefacing this, I understand that people get busy there is always something to do.However, the initial contact of staff checking it was a bit off putting, the guy was a bit brusque, not at all like the welcome greeting I had been experiencing whilst on the earlier portions of my road trip. No blankets provided for the beds. The unusual arrangement for turning TV on…the power switch was in console by the bed….who looks there?

Comfortable stay and clean. There was an odd constant knocking or load water dripping which disturbed my sleep . I couldn’t locate it but seemed to be coming from outside of bathroom. #31. Other wise an excellent stay. No biggy

Location, clean comfortable

The restaurant is amazing! The menue variety & quality of food is 5 star. The rooms are spacious & shower was great. Room service breakfast was on time & delicious. Facilities are great & location was walking distance to cafe's, pubs & shops. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Restaurant is very good with great menu and great food. First stayed here 7 years ago and will be my go to place in Charters Tiwers

No sink in room. But wasn't advertised to have one, but would be nice. Still a very comfortable, friendly, clean place to stay. I would certainly stay again.

Very clean and tidy room although the fittings were from the 80/90's. Bed was confortable. AC was great. Parking out front of unit was great. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Breakfast was brilliant (plunger coffee). Lovely hot shower and bathroom was a good size. I would deffinately recommend this Motel.

The room was a little dated however well maintained.

As per the multi choice

The only negative about our stay is that the TV was impossible to use to find a free to air channel. I gave it a good try and I’m pretty good with tech but it kept asking to sign in with Google.

The steakhouse is amazing. Staff very friendly.

No cutlery/plates, Kettle was "acting" weird. Too few/no power points near the beds. If you leave the room without a key, you are locked out....

CAR PARKING IS VERY TIGHT IF YOU HAVE A BIG CAR
