The bed was excellent. Second time staying here and will be back again throughout the year.

Stayed in Room 8, the connecting Room 9 the ladies that were there were very loud talking. Having the door made the noise travel through very easily. The air conditioner needs servicing/replacing as that too was loud and making noises. As it was an extremely cold night there was no option to heat up the room which made it very cold and unenjoyable The tv cables could have been better placed out of sight and not across the door of the connecting room with an extension cable

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming motel, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The Employees was really friendly. I could check in after the normal time and there helped me directly to carry my luggage in my room. At the next morning I had problems with my pick up. I told them and then there let me waiting in the room the hole day to midnight - I’m so thankful for that!!! Otherwise I would have had to wait outside somewhere. The highlight was the food what one of them give me in the evening. So friendly people here. They made the long wait for my pick-up much more pleasant!!!! Thank you so much! I cannot understand the bad reviews because I had just good experience here. Maybe it’s because the last owner. But now there is a new one🥰 The room itself was comfort – clean, well-appointed. You had many space for put your stuff. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. You have all what you need - Fridge, Toaster, water cooker, tv ! I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

Bed was super comfortable and bedding clean. Huge LCD Television. Ample tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. Toaster Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided.

Although some of the room was outdated and the restaurant was closed. There were renovations happening which is a positive. Reception staff could have provided a summary of what to do in the area.

Room was large & comfortable. So was the bed & pillows. Having a toaster, microwave & BBQ helped with the meals budget. Lady in the office was very helpful & friendly as were the cleaning staff. Short walk to main street, museum, restaurants & pubs. Highly recommend.

The room was large and very comfortable and quiet. We loved the big screen smart TV and also the balcony at the back of the room looking onto the park. We stayed extra because it was restful and spacious. The bed was super comfortable.

The staff were lovely. We loved the little extras like the comfortable chairs, wine glasses, teaspoon for coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not operating but understand they are being renovated. Chose your motel because it had a pool but the pool was green and not inviting.

ease convenience friendliness service. Lovely lady at front counter could see I was sick and offered me the rest of her tissues before checked in. Was amazingly quick friendly and obviously concerned with having me check-in and able rest asap. Brilliance.

Friendly good and responsive staff, whilst the property is old they have made sure they are looking after the customer.

It is old and deserving of the current upgrade

I loved that the bathroom had a spa bath the bed was comfy I loved the supply 2 bottles of water

I didn't like the stairs and I felt rushed to leave by cleaning staff going around at 9ish knocking on doors when checkout isn't till 10

Driveway is up over the swimming pool via a hump which isnt good for a sedan (Toyota Aurion )with less clearance than suv Have to angle in and still scrapes
