I absolutely loved the current care taker, she was so lovely and made me feel like I was the most important person staying there. nothing was too much trouble & she really made the stay so much extra then required. such a lovely soul and would go stay there again.

couldn’t find anything to fault. the stay was absolutely perfect.

Apartment was spacious. Bed was comfy. Full sized refrigerator was helpful. Sofa was really comfortable. Casting technology worked seamlessly (doesn't always at other locations)

The location was great, very clean and spacious unit, and the staff were lovely very helpful and friendly

The only thing was that the bed was uncomfortable had a lump up the center of the king bed

Very clean, spacious, well equipped and close to local shops and pubs

Unfortunately the only thing we didn’t like was the king bed it was very uncomfortable due to the lump up the middle of the bed

The suite itself was very comfortable, very well equipped and a good layout. Spacious living area, discrete bathroom and comfy bedroom.

We were very pleased to be in the ground floor. I would not want to be on first floor.

Spacious and great facilities

Small car parks. Property wouldn’t answer the phone to say we are coming late. Someone seems to be there all the time though. So they see when you arrive.

We stayed at Oaks last school holidays and it was such a lovely family trip ! Central location , perfectly cleaned and spacious unit , pool , very friendly management ! we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for the accommodation at middlemount !

Having been on the road for a few days it was great to have all the facilities including a washing machine and dryer

Very friendly helpful staff, happy to make changes even though information from my end was not clear.

Very minimal kitchen equipment but we made do. Would have loved an oven tray. Knives were very blunt
