We had our own breakfast and used the dining room once during our stay. We were able to park right outside our room door and loved having an electric blanket on the bed, a luggage stand for all our luggage and a round dining table and chairs in lieu of a breakfast bar and metal stools. The Motel was conveniently located to all facilities and attractions.

Whilst having all amenities to have our own breakfast despite providing dish washing detergent and a chux we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom hand basin which was inconvenient and posed a danger of chipping or breaking crockery. They need to provide all rooms with a large plastic round tub to wash dishes in. Also when one person was using the bathroom hand basin which was located behind the bathroom door when opened the only way another person could enter the bathroom was to step into the shower to enter which posed a danger from slipping on the wet floor.

Good little motel that was great for a short stay. Our standard room was more than spacious for two people and had everything we needed, including an extra heater for a very chilly night. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked appealing and fairly priced. Cooked breakfast delivered to our room was a bonus, I wish more motels were still doing these! Friendly, helpful hosts who gave us a warm welcome and granted our request for a room away from the road (which actually wasn't very busy as it turned out, but we were grateful for their consideration). We thought it absolutely fine for our brief stay in town and would recommend it to other travellers.

We liked the place and would stay again for sure, but heavier curtains would be appreciated to darken the rooms a little more at night.

We visited the Roundhouse at a quiet time of year, so it was just us and another lot of guests next door. The motel is on the edge of town but is within easy walking of about 10-12 minutes from the main street. The motel room was fairly big, containing a small sofa and dining table. It is old-fashioned and fairly basic in style but is very clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable nights stay.

As much as we played with the TV aerial, the signal was very poor.

We stayed 2 nights.. first night we arrived to Karen well wasn`t she exeptional..Bright, bubbly and very imformative..she was a right pleasure...We had dinner in the restaurant and let me tell you even though I wasn`t allowed to order a well done steak the steak that came out was mouth watering.. The 2nd night we arrived back about 4 days later to find that they had kept my hubbies pillow he had left previously...Wasn`t he a happy boy :)...The young lady at reception was lovely and helpful...Do yourself a favour and stay here folks.. Its a little gem :)

Not a thing this place is fabulous

The room was quite large and very clean. The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. Have stayed there many times and always found the staff courteous. Was a lock box to get your key if staff not available which was very simple to use.

The bathroom is probably in need of a makeover but was clean and well supplied.

The room was very well equipped. You could turn up with nothing and live out of it with out buying anything else. This might seem small but There were tea towels, chuck wipes and dishing washing liquid.

The TV was small for the size of the room.

Wonderful friendly reception staff. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Spacious. Very clean. Looks great outside with the vines trailing along the outside of the rooms. Will be staying here again.

A little bit dated. Lighting needs improvement. Bathrooms in all motels we stay in, never have enough hooks for us all to hang our towels. Very clean.

Very quiet location. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Easy to locate

Old noisy air conditioner. It did heat ok though. Could not park right outside room. Made for messy handling of luggage. Person at desk, did not have any spare town maps, and had no idea how to use the photocopier

Travelling from WA with my family, we called ahead to say we would be arriving late. The staff were amazing to have the aircon on already and the room heated up for us. It was the best room of our trip, shame we didn’t get to stay there long enough. Lovely spacious family room. Neat, tidy. We all liked the idea of refillable stations in the bathroom for all bathroom liquid products eg shampoo…Much more environmentally friendly. Staff even went out of their way to help us find a mechanic to help us with our trailer problems the next day, and allow us to be the last to leave. Would stay there again.

We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with the bonus of having a small couch to sit on. It was perfect for our needs and a short drive to the local hotel for dinner.
