The room was a good size, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size too. It includes a rainwater tap for drinking water and filling the kettle. A hair dryer is also provided. The shower is large and the hot water is very hot so you only need a trickle when you shower. The split system air-conditioner did a great job of keeping us cool. There is a small fridge in the room and a comfy sofa to sit on to enjoy the view. The view from the rooms is spectacular. A TV is mounted on the wall and complimentary wifi is provided too. There is a shaded pool area which includes barbecues and a pizza oven. Sitting in the pool area, overlooking the jetty and boat ramp is very relaxing. Next to the pool area is a gazebo that has sliding shades that can be raised or lowered depending on the weather. If you are there to fish, there is a dedicated cleaning area with a sink, a bait fridge/ freezer and a gas burner to cook your crabs. They have selection of pots to cook your crabs in too. You can walk down the path at the front of the property to access the jetty and beach. The path is fairly steep so you would need to be reasonably mobile to use it.

🙂 Wonderful place to stay. Very nice hosts but So disappointed with cleanliness of the pool. We picked to stay here because of the price and the pool as it was a super hot weekend. Unfortunately although there was a good creepy crawly in the pool it wasn't on. There was sand on the bottom and the water was not clear. Was a little murky. We did see other families enjoying the pool but it really put us off getting in.

Room was good size, clean and comfortable, The Owners were very welcoming and helpful, the location is good being a short walk to the main street. The view out across the bay is superb, the external pool BBQ and amenities were in good order and would be great for relaxing on a nice day

The motel is located at the top of a hill overlooking the bay as is the motel's pool! The owners even built a wonderful walking path leading directly down to the jetty, exclusively for their guests. The rooms are fine with everything one might need for a longer stay, although I was only booked into a studio without kitchen facilities. (The family rooms would have such.)

Unfortunately, my prior travel plans only allowed me to stay 1 night at Stansbury.

The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the reception was really nice and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Lighting could be updated from old florescent type fittings to a softer LED warm white option. Possibly provide netting /adjustable blinds on the main window facing the carpark for more privacy while in the room.

The greeting was so lovely..Tracie and David even let us look at self contained room for possible xmas with the grandies...The view was breathtaking and just so peaceful

Having a microwave would have been great and maybe 2 knives and forks for takeaway food but bed beautiful and bathroom so so clean which is more important

Great customer service, easy to book and fantastic communication. The property was absolutely stunning, well maintained, cabins were immaculate, can not find any faults. Sensational views of the ocean

The property was clean with excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and let me check in early and check out late which was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the extras ie tea and coffee etc were appreciated. A great stay right on the beach

It was windy up on the hill

This is a very picturesque motel. It is right on the edge of the water in the pretty coastal village of Stansbury. A clean, comfortable, budget priced room that had everything I needed and it was a nice short walk to the pub for dinner. Very friendly and helpful owners

Far exceeded expectations - decor of room was magnificent. Very comfortable mattress, lots of room and incredibly clean. All the amenities we needed. Very quick and easy check-in. Location, location, location! Ocean views stunning, especially sunrise!
