These apartments are in a fantastic location in town and are all walking distances to Pubs, Restaurants, cafes and the local shopping centre. The one bedroom apartment is spacious with its living area and kitchen separate to the main bedroom and bath. Apartments was well maintained and very clean on arrival. We like to thank Dallas and the staff for there great service also.

Aircon work great but just a little noisy, I do believe they are in the process of changing them out.

The room was clean and comfortable

The pool area has a coded lock on the entry gate to enter and exit, this made us feel a bit uneasy as if there is a medical emergency or something similar within the pool area you can not get out and help can not get in if the code isn’t remembered

Units were very clean. Hot water in shower was amazing- I could have stayed there all day in the shower. Check in/out staff were very friendly Location was great. walking distance to Coles, Woolies and other shops and some great restaurant's and cafes. Karratha is so fresh and new. Unit kitchens has oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine if you needed it. I would stay here again. There is a great library of books in the office for patrons to use. So for readers make use of it - lots of crime books

I wanted to check out a day early and gave them 48 hours notice. They said they were unable to refund a night because it was booked through Booking.com. Thumbs down for Booking.com

Excellent value for money! Great location right by all the restaurants and pubs easy access to town centre and Ben at reception had excellent customer service skills, friendly and very accomodating, will be returning!

Beautiful, well maintained gardens and pool area. Rooms clean and a great size. Kitchen had everything anybody would need. including a large fridge and freezer. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. Washing machine and dryer were very handy and a clothes airer too. It was a pretty quiet area and in walking distance to shops and eateries, etc.

The shower was in the bath and the bath was a little slippery. There was also a fault with the cold water tap. It had to be twisted a long way so if you weren't careful you could easily be burnt. The sink area was tiny so couldn't put things on the sink but there was a cupboard underneath. However, the biggest issue was the airconditioner units. Even though they worked marvellously, they were very loud.

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Reception staff frienand efficient. Close to some good bars and restaurants. Central Karratha with its apartment blocks is quite a change from most places in outback Australia.

The cost has increased way too much this stay for one night was at least $100 more than any other stay at this facility for same room type. even with my discount.

The Manager (Terry) went out of her way to accommodate us with early check-in and storage and was very accommodating to our requests.

WIFI issues but apparently that was a Telstra issue (various problems throughout Karratha to be honest). Fresh towels and a quick clean would have been good during our stay of four nights (you could tell cleaners did actually come into our room and one occasion a bed was half-made)

We were treated with such kindness! Customer service was exceptional "Terri" went above and beyond to not only meet our requirements, she exceeded them! We stayed in the ground floor apartment, car parking at our door, apartment was so clean and fresh! Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and hospital! If a stay is required in Karratha we will definitely go back!
