It's one of the best hotels in Austria, because it has a great swimming pool and a sauna, that is located in the middle of the green valley area of Holleneg! Absolutely relaxing! Loved the spirit and the fact that it is so much joy to swim 🏊‍♂️ in the heat of the summer and to escape the city noice! Visit this place and you can thank me later;))))

Nothing; only maybe that the restaurant was closed at nigth due to the lack of staff. But this happens! But everyone helped that we got a snack served even next to the pool! Thank you staff, you are doing a great job!

Architecturally, the hotel is a success story. Its design does not scream grand hauteur but quietly exudes elegant confidence. The interior mimics a minimalist Alpine style. With a refined interior, the ambience can be labelled traditional comfort. All materials are superb, and with an abundance of space, staying in this hotel is a delight. The hotel’s cuisine and additional offerings befit the hotel’s image of a well-designed boutique hotel. Only the personnel seems to lack a hand here and there. Should you organise a team building, a corporate educational seminar or if you want to reward coworkers in the region, this hotel is ideal. Incentive boutique hotels like this can cater to any such event. Zeitwert is an exemplary representative of hotels where modernity crosses paths with tradition. It may need a few tweaks, yet its price outweighs the decision. Compared to hotels in Graz, staying here is a no-brainer. A charming pool with stunning views and the adjoining boutique wellness centre add value to the hotel. Especially in the scorching summer heat, attendees of your event will be grateful for this addition.

A staff member here and there, especially at the reception, would elevate the stay in this hotel by another star. The fact that the reception closes after 18:00 is peculiar for a hotel of this category. Although the solution with a vault near the entrance seems reasonable, the hotel may be losing more than it gains through this.

The hotel room looks fantastic, the pool area is excellent and has an amazing view of the castle nearby. The breakfast was divine, and the staff was extremely friendly and did their best to make our stay as lovely as possible. Cleanliness was top. We also received from them some cards that allowed us to get discounts at multiple sightseeing places around the area. If you like sightseeing, you have many options within an 1h reach.

The hotel's restaurant was closed Sunday-Wednesday, and there is nothing to eat in the area within walking distance. They have a snack option during this time but it´s limited. Even with the car, we had problems because although we could see online the restaurants should be open, some were closed. The people from the hotel recommended us a place, but they only offered cold dishes. In general, all restaurants around there close at 9 pm, some even earlier. Also, although they say they can facilitate horse riding (with additional costs, of course), they don´t have this option in reality according to their receptionist.

The surrounding of the hotel is beautiful. Hotel is clean and well designed. Breakfast was very tasty.

One day (Sunday) we arrived to the hotel around 20.00 and there was nobody at the reception and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed. Nobody told us before that the facilities will be closed. I am not sure if this is a norm on certain days (we stayed for 2 nights) but it would be good to be informed upfront about it. Especially that we arrived a day before and everything was open.

Very modern and cozy location, with great services, like fantastic breakfast, gym or bike rental. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We recommend this location and especially the surroundings!

Wellness usage rules are not well defined, which can cause unsatisfaction for some guests.

Room was smaller and slightly different from pictures Breakfast was very hectic and understaffed No changing rooms for sauna/pool area and sunbeds in the indoor area facing towards showers without doors, also no cups and hot water left at the tea bar As there was a wedding on the same day we were there, there was very loud music in the afternoon which is alright but it was a bit distracting if you wanted to relax in the sauna or by the pool

My goal was to be in a picturesque mountain setting and enjoy 2 quiet days away from the city life. Whoever wants to do that, you will be at the right place. Its a beautiful new property. Amazing gym and pool. Everything was great ! The close by Castle Hollengg is worth a visit and the Wolfgangi Kirche for the view! The area also has super nice wineries. The staff is very nice at the hotel and the breakfast was a dream. I will be back.

The hotel is brand new, in a stunning location overlooking mountains and lush forest. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony with stunning scenery. The hotel is in a quiet location, you can hear the birds singing! The car park has loads of space, and is free! From the moment we arrived to the point of checkout, the reception and waitress provided outstanding customer service, looking after us so well. Breakfast was amazing. For those looking for a quite stunning location and looking for a relaxing and good nights sleep with exceptional food, this is the hotel for you.

Great place to relax and unwind - beautiful view from the rooms over the vineyards. The pool and spa area were great.

The restaurant was not open during our stay which was not ideal, however, they recommended a lovely place nearby.
