Hotel was very well located, with large suite and separate living area and balcony. Excellent breakfast provisions, with egg options . Outstanding secure storage area for our e-bikes with charging facilities.

We had a kitchenette in our suite, with “nothing” in the cupboards. No kettle, no cups, no glassware, nothing! Very odd not to supply a kettle and mugs at least, with tea and coffee.

I have been one of the last guests in this hotel in the end of the season yet I've got all the service they usually offer in the middle of the season with full house. Very clean place, very friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable even better than I've expected. I can't say anything less than superlatives.

I really can't say anything bad about this hotel. I am a frequent traveller, and I have stayed in every kind of hotels all around the world and this one is among the bests in its own league.

First, I would like to thank all staff members for their kindness and helpfulness. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and high quality products. I appreciated my room which was quiet and comfortable.

Location was perfect and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing, especially the person who served me breakfast everyday during my stay. She was extremely attentive and truly professional in looking after guests.

It’s a shame they do not serve evening meals.

This place was excellent! Free parking onsite, very friendly and helpful staff who helped with directions to nearby attractions and advice about the local christmas market, and the room was clean and comfortable. The value was also excellent. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Nothing - everything was perfect

Hotel/room was VERY clean even when the hotel itself seems to be quite old but the original facility was part of the charm! Staff was friendly and breakfast very good, coffee/eggs were served to table by the lovely lady. Very nice experience.

what really exceeded my expectations was the possibility to have my expensive bike locked in the basement. The room is only opened be the staff and only for the guests who have their bike in there. A great alternative to leaving the bike in the car overnight. The staff is very friendly and their dog "Anneliese" is one of the cutest beings on this planet. The carpet in the hallways makes it a really quiet hotel, especially in the mornings and late evenings. Gotta love it.

We loved our host, her warm attitude and availability. We liked the location, in the small city of Imst, the sky sloapes were perfect for the children.

Loved the location, ample parking, excellent breakfast, lovely sauna and steam room area, and best of all, family owned staff that was exceptionally friendly, attentive and kind.

All was great.
