The location is strategic. Outside the property provides "nextbike" as public bike rental station. You may install the nextbike app to register the services with a local phone number. Walking distance to bus stop from train station. There are a lot of restaurants around the corners. Hotel Babenbergerhof's restaurant has good menu and food as well. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. We have a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Suggestion: Provide electric kettle in the room. :)

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Starting with the location, through the service, the food (not just breakfast) — even the restaurant’s location is great, and the food and drinks as well. Comfort, convenience, and peace. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

The location in Mödling is great for visiting Vienna. The hotel is also really close to the older part of Mödling. It’s charming really.

No key card entry, had to use keys. Old fashioned but it worked well. The A/C in the rooms is a little confusing and not overly powerful. Still, it worked.

Fantastic location in a pretty town of Modling..breakfast buffet is wonderful and staff are attentive and helpful dinner was also very good with good variety..the front terrace is very pleasant to sit and enjoy an afternoon drink ...we are coming back soon

That there are no facilities for drinks even coffee at the weekend once breakfast is over but I understand the staff have family time and a break

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and it looked better than the photos. Amazing breakfast, nice range of food. The hotel is very cozy and welcoming. I recommend it!

The breakfast variations were absolutely delicious. So many to choose from for any taste. Very well maintained premises and spotless clean. The hotel is centrally located - great surroundings, the Theatre is just a few steps away. Beautiful experience that would make us want to come back!

Very clean, friendly stuff, big balcony, big bathroom. Very reach breakfast, great coffee. Comfortable bed. Free parking.
