Although it’s a 4-star hotel, the atmosphere from the moment you arrive feels even better than in some 5-star hotels. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—it truly feels like home. The spa is amazing, especially the outdoor one, which I absolutely love. We travel a lot, and this is one of the few hotels we return to—and we’ll definitely come back again. And it is so easy to get to the ski lift, there is escalator just outside which takes you the two ski lifts

We got an unexpected upgrade to a room with the slopes view. The food was very good, especially the breakfast - it has a lot of variability, and the quality of the ingredients was really good. 5 course dinner was very good as well. We enjoyed the spa, especially the open air pool. The hotel is perfectly located for skiing - right at the entrance there is a tunnel to the lift.

Wonderful hospitality, great wellness area, gastronomy and catering just perfect. Easy access to the ski lift. Not being here for the fist time and hopefully not for the last time. Depends on price level. We will be happy to come back again.

The room was fully equipped with an amazing balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed sheets were out of this world. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Furthermore, it was very quite and after a long day of skiing and having dinner we were able to fully rest and get the energy we needed for the next day! The spa was very relaxing and had a very cool sauna and whirlpool outside. It was perfect, it felt like all the guests were very happy to be there and they were all on the same level and all supepr friendly. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! It had a vast array of fruits, yoghurts, pancakes, etc. It was absolutely delicious and it was the perfect way to start the day!

. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The outside hot tub experience with sauna fusion was great. You can eat, swim, get your skii pass and give your snowboard for repair. Plus there is night club & strip club 💪

Night club continued until 03:00 midnight if you are in 2nd floor you can hear it. They dont sell any Tequila so no shots or Margarita 😭 Skii room has a service area which you pay. I gave my snowboard for Full service wax and edges sharpen. They did a good job on Wax but sharping the edges was really bad. I do not recommend you give your equipment plus the price was high for this service.
