Very friendly owners, very good location in the proximity of slopes (5km). Allowed even large dogs, and there was many oportunities to walk around. Everything needed was in room - towels, kitchen utensils, microvave, stove. ...

All was good. Someone might not like the older furniture at stuff, but all was clean and practical and just perfect for stay with small kids and dogs.

The location and view from the window were amazing. It was clean, bathroom was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped.

Horrible broken bed which ruined our vacation, we had a hard time sleeping and woke up tired because of all the noises the bed was making. Difficult parking situation even though we reserved parking spot. Each morning we had to move our car so all the other cars could get out - it was that tight. Hard to find in the evening. No sign.

I was on the road for work projects for years and stayed in a wide variety of accommodations outside of western Europe, many of which had an odd, unexpected, or less professional element or two and I never had an issue with this. I write that to explain that I do not lightly give a poor review. Unfortunately, this property was in such a poor state, that I do not believe it should be permitted to let out rooms. The room interior was more or less as described in the photos (poor quality furniture and furnishings, etc), however the outside of the building resembled someone’s personal junkyard: it was strewn with rubbish, used dishware, and random personal belongings (a shoe, a cat transport box, laundry stand, cleaning supplies, used diaper changing pad). This property advertises itself as a mountain retreat with a “view” (only if you would walk away from the property onto the road) but nothing about it was inviting. Perhaps, if the price had been very low, then one would accept this, but the price, 140€/night is ludicrously inappropriate for the run-down, unkept condition. In the same valley are farms charging the same or less, the grounds of which are idyllic and clean. I had booked my elderly parents at this property because there were no rooms left at the accommodation where I was staying with my children, upon arrival, I was horrified and tried to find something else for them as quickly as possible. The host communicated online with me only in Czech – neither the language of the country in which the property is located, nor a language commonly spoken. I used google translate to understand what the messages were. For the price, the host should be doing the translation. There was not a single person on site upon arrival nor at any point during the stay. The house looked and felt like an abandoned piece of property. I filed an official complaint with booking.com, who after several days responded that they were unable to establish contact with the host.
