Exceptional Stay Surrounded by Nature 🌿 I had a wonderful time at Riva Hill Resort! The location is absolutely stunning – nestled close to nature with breathtaking views all around. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. A big thank you to Dinara and Aydan at the reception, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is just beautiful, surrounded by nature with a calm river and gorgeous mountain views. It’s such a peaceful spot to unwind. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant; everything was fresh and tasty, especially the local dishes. The pool was clean and well taken care of, and the whole place had a very relaxed vibe. It’s also in a good spot if you want to explore other parts of Lankaran since everything is pretty close by.

Staff, food and location was perfect, except the room.

I was offered a litte room and 2 single beds for 3 persons, instead what I booked in booking.com website. I booked 50 m2 and 2 full beds, but was offered 2 single beds and a little sofa.

Compare to the hotel in the city cenyer which are old and dusty this one is fresh.. well maintained.. we had a warm welcome with a plate of local fruits.. it was raining so i couldn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice Breakfast is very good and local

We were traveling with my husband and our 1y.o baby. We had an amazing stay, staff was very very helpful, every question or request was met with a smile. There were many people who I would like to thank for making our stay amazing, one of them is the super kind lady at reception - Esmer. Overall everyone did their job amazingly. Place itself is very nice, clean. Room was big enough for us 3, we requested a baby crib which was brought to us right away, bathrooms are clean, bed is comfy, pool is big and has a spot for very small babies, toddlers and adults. Breakfast was great and service is fast. Location of the hotel itself is also good, there is a river right next to it and another restaurant within a walking distance.

A great place for a few days' relaxation. Very nice service, everyone is trying to help. Very good service at the reception. Our waiter Ali was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. Very nice swimming pool. In the area, you can buy or drink probably the best tea in the world :)

Unfortunately, only a few people speak English. The music is very loud during the day. Someone should take care of the repertoire.

To be honest, I did not expect such kind of service and facilities. Specially, Asmar, Huseyn from Reception and the guy in the Terrace Restaurant (I do not remember the name) who helps us for exchange, and sent complimentary tea to our room and serves us during our stay. Riva Hill is highly recommended place for staying as well as enjoying with your trip.

Only the issue what we faced was that none of the staff speaks English. Apart from communications and location remaining all were fantastic.

Delicious breakfast. I liked and will advice to my friends and my work mates.Pool and Pool view so good for me. I liked to swim everyday in pool. Best Staff support us in every time.
