Best hotel in north bengal. good area, good food, good to walk inside, BBQ have, shopping center is good. clean total area, safety and secured hotel. refer to others to stay in this property.

1. food 2. behaviour of housekeeping and room service staff 3 roof top pool 4 economic rate of food

1. reception staff were not prompt in service. they were more into getting documents. we were tired and needed rest. the documents could even be collected later after check in. 2. loud music was played till mid night from a nearby room. so, we waited till then to go to bed. the receptionist was informed. 3. the washroom floor gets wet and it is not easy to make it dry. 4. washroom needs partition for toilet and basin

Front desk staff during check out. When late check out was requested, a very cold and unwelcoming response came from the front desk Managers.

Things we like: 1. Facilities, amenities, available activities. 2. Safety & Security

Issues during our stay: 1. Rooms had odor. It was advertised as 5 Star Hotel, and this type of Odor in 5 Start, not expected. Perhaps, Air Freshener could have been used, which was not. 2. A 5 Star rated Hotel should provide clean towels. Everyday, we found Towels were pretty dirty. Also, the linens were not changed our entire stay (3 Nights). This should not be the case for a 5 Star Hotel. 3. Food was fresh, but taste was below average. Before our stay at this Hotel, we were at Grand Sylhet Hotel. Food price was quite high at Momo Inn, compare to Grand Sylhet Hotel. However, in terms of food quality & taste, Momo Inn is way behind than Grand Sylhet Hotel. 4. Reception Desk Employees were pretty rude (less smiley/welcoming) other than one person (Firoz).

Awesome infrastructure. Makes you feel like you are in a foreign land. Very neat and clean

The staffs could not tell the proper time of restaurant closing. They told me food is available till 2AM but when I walked into restaurant at 10PM, they said they are almost closing and most of the food were unavailable.

Breakfast. Parking.

Cleanliness. Amnesties. Staffs are not well trained. Insufficient supply of toiletries, towels, poor fittings of bathroom. Room price doesn’t match with room quality.
