The room was exactly as pictured on Booking.com—spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and humble, and I was genuinely impressed by their kindness. When I returned to the hotel at 1 a.m. with an ankle injury, they went above and beyond by arranging ice to help relieve the pain.

The AC was too cold, and there was no remote control within reach. The only one was mounted high on the wall, so I had to drag over a chair to stand on just to adjust it. A bedside remote would have made things much more convenient.

I loved the guest service, I loved the location, I very much enjoyed the amenities, such as the swimming pool and the view.

Honest review about what I didn’t like about the property. The shower gets slippery when wet. Can cause a serious danger to new travelers or visitors. need to do something about that.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Spacious room and good wifi. Food was great and tasty. Overall really a really good hotel in Rajshahi.

Bedsheets were a little rough. AC had only one mode at 30 degrees.

This is our first visit at Hotel X, one of the best hotel in Rajshahi. It's a great place to stay. My room was nice, clean and luxurious. The behaviour of the staff was 10/10. Highly recommended.

The hotel was in superb condition. Tv was able to watch most channels unlike other hotels. Breakfast good👍
