Excellent customer service. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable stay. Easily one of the best properties in the region with a par-excellence Lebanese restaurant. The chef is amazing the food is awesome. We can go there again just to have dinner at the restaurant. That's not it, the service is unparalleled. Even before we reached the hotel, there was useful communication from the hotel staff to make the check-in process as smooth as possible. Customer service was always prompt in responding to queries; even at the hotel, they would go out of their way to help you. Of course, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to excellent customer service and great food.

The selection of cold cuts was generous and fresh, offering a good variety to start the day. The coffee was also excellent—rich and well-brewed, just the way it should be in the morning. The overall atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you appreciate a good breakfast with quality ingredients, this place won’t disappoint!

The property is located perfectly and very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome and cater for your needs. Rooms are clean and cleaners attend to the rooms daily.

Great location and breakfast first class. Bed exceptionally comfortable and plenty of storage space. Very quiet and peaceful.

As the town completely closes down on a Sunday evening, it would have been nice if the hotel had offered some sort of evening meal, even if it was something very simple.

Very friendly and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The night we came the restaurant was closed, which was unfortunate as we had seen rave reviews of the food. The menu looked fantastic. Would love to come back to try the food 🤣

Nice building been given a modern twist, our bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of hot water. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good. The best thing was the Lebanese restaurant our meal was nothing short of superb. We had the mixed Mezze platter each and it was delicious.

Breakfast has fruits, but some of them are not that fresh ( wanted to take a banana, but refrained to do it)

The ambience in a superb location a couple of miles from the Brussels to Lille motorway. Great outside dining experience. Good size room with comfortable beds and clothes storage. Friendly staff.

Walking on the grey pebbles was challenging for my wife! Not really a dislike.

The location is very good, in a nice park right next to the castle and grand park where you can go for nice long walks.It is also right next to the town square with restaurants , cafés and shops.The Hotel itself has a lovely Libanese restaurant and big terrace on site.There is lots of parking at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and everything is super clean.You have a nice little outside seating area in front of each room.Bathroom has a good shower. Staff is very friendly.

Bed was a bit soft for my taste.
