I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was super central, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The amenities were comfortable and made my stay quite pleasant. The breakfast they offered was superb.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in due to what seemed like understaffing – the person at the reception was managing transfers for a nearby metal festival.

Ideal location with secure parking for motorcycles, breakfast really good, staff helpful and friendly. The refit of the internal and rooms very well designed.

Breakfast was delicious. Location was great for us as we were travelling through. Bed was super comfortable too, I slept like a log.

The tap in the bathroom sink was loose so it kept falling off. The shower head would slide down the pole, the railing on the balcony were loose and the slabs were also loose.

Nice and comfortable room and bed, very central location, good breakfast. They also have a nice, sustainable clothing shop in the lobby

Check in was fast Reception staff was very kind, professional,welcoming , friendly and very helpful when needed especially Pauline and Anna took good care and made sure our stay was comfortable Facilities very very good Breakfast was fantastic Studio room was very nice

Nothing but beds can have softer options

The comfort and style of the place was lovely and the location was ideal..

Nothing I can say I didn't like but having an extra card key for the room should be a given when you arrive.

No problems, I’ve stay a few times! I’ll never get used to the lady looking at me from the bathroom!

location was great,supermarket and restaurants and bars right outside hotel. Secure car park was fantastic. Staff and owners helpful and friendly. Room had fridge ,cooker microwave we would definitely use this hotel again if in this area.

It s right in the center of the city close to several very good restaurants.

The breakfast was not so good and varied as previous years.

Nice modern hotel , comfy beds ,right on the square where there are good eating places and pubs. Breakfast was delicious with good choices. Good secure parking .

Parking was a teensy annoying as it's one way system so it's a roundabout way to get to it at back of hotel , once navigated it's fine, you have to make sure to press the bell before being allowed in .
