Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was bountiful and delicious, with abundant fresh fruit and juices. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite that was perfect for our family needs to sleep 4 and have a large common area. The location was central to government and foreign buildings and restaurants. The hotel was adjacent to a taxi stand, so it was easy to find a ride. We were a short walk from the 30m tall Amazon statue and park, and we were able to walk to several restaurants. The area around the hotel was clean and safe.

very nice and warm hotel. staff are pleasant, friendly and attentive to needs. the place is secured and the facilities are brilliant. my recommendation is that you could add some entertainment such as lilve music or themed nights on the evenings especially weekends.

I like the breakfast probably the best in Cotonou. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The baggage handlers and shuttle drivers are decent and very helpful. The staff is attentive and helpful overall.

All in all a very good experience. Location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. The facilities that were included in the price (Gym, Swimmingpool) were good and a very friendly athmosphere. The personell were nice and professionel.

the concierge desk was helpful from the beginning. I contacted them thru the website and in a matter of 24hrs, the transfers and tours were done. The tour company is KOOABO. the transfers and tours were arranged with them. Thanks for Edward, Miranda, Grace for a wonderful tour day tour to Ouidah. the restaurant was great and the food very fresh.

nothing, everything was much better than other big names hotels.

I loved everything about the property. From being 5 minutes from the airport, a 10 minute walk to Obama Beach, and having Hertz onsite; to the wonderful meals with music on Friday’s and highly professional and courteous staff. Also, the IT staff is amazing, from quickly resolving an issue with my key, to ensuring that each guest receives an individual login credential that logs our periodically. An Al around well run establishment.

The spa personnel did not speak English.

The cleaning staff was very nice and cleaned our room daily.

The number of towels provided for a couple. I had to specially request additional towels. Also, sponges or wash clothes were not provided. This may be due to a cultural thing. But, most hotels provide this in America.

Varied breakfast with several options. I enjoyed the coconut and fruits (although could have a larger selection). Croissants and baguette fresh. Good location, walking distance to the Amazone statue. Very good fish and shrimps. Compliments to the chef! Nice shop in the lobby with local products and from other African countries. Also staff helped with providing a power converter.

At the reception did not have cash to exchange. In the lobby the ATM did not work. Swimming pool is not only for the hotel guests.

Location somewhat ”off”. In the middle of the diplomatic section of Cotonou. Local restaurants few and far in between the neighborhood.
