The view from the room was excellent. The room was large with everything we needed. The location was very good because it was an easy walk to anywhere in town. It was also very quiet.

The shower was a little difficult to operate. The shower stream is uneven and the shower head might need to be changed or at least cleaned.

Our best night on this holiday. Our most expensive also but honestly, for this kind of room, it is worth every penny. The room is very spacious, with 2 queen sized beds super comfy, excellent heating system which was very nice indeed, a beautiful balcony with the best view on the lake and very large windows so can actually see the lake from every corner of the room. Toilets and bathroom are separated which is great and there’s an excellent attention to details. The decoration and the amenities are perfect. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. And finally the staff was so kind and helpful, special thanks to Sandra who is wonderful.

The staff is amazing. The man at the Front Desk works really hard and gave me an incredible help during my short stay. He managed to get my laundry done in 2 hours and that was super helpful. The two mans at the restaurant are also super nice, can’t expect more from them. Their effort is 10/10. All rooms have a nice view on the Lake Titicaca, and also the terrace is special. You may enjoy a nice beer/coke/mate de coca while looking at the incredible sunset on the Lake

The facilities and staff at Rosario are both exceptional. It is a sprawling lake view property with large rooms, comfortable beds, strong internet. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing - a top notch change from the typical Bolivian food that one finds in every other restaurant in town. We had a lovely time and can't say enough about how engaging, helpful and professional the staff was.

No complaints at all - every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

The staff and the location were superb. I cannot speak any more highly on how good and polite the staff were. Such a credit to the hotel and themselves. They helped us in so many ways and made our stay something never to forget.

The only minor point was the shower which was very temperamental and had a lot of surges of water when showering - but as said, only minor.

This was certainly the nicest room we had on our entire trip. Large and cosy with a wonderful view of the lake. We were able to pay for the room by credit card as normal. Because withdrawing money did not work at any of the three ATMs in Copacabana. ( MasterCard )

The receptionist doesn't speak English, and he wasn't very helpful with tour planning or tips regarding connections.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was excellent. We stayed in the low season so not many people around but the staff were superb and the service fantastic. A very good breakfast buffet available with fresh fruit and yoghurt, eggs, a selection of breads, fresh juice and coffee. We ate in t he restaurants one night which was very good. The hotel is an easy walk to town centre, has good views of the lake. Not the cheapest place in town but very comfortable, safe and well managed.

Great location close to the lake. Front desk were exceptionally helpful, as we arrived early and needed to change our booking dates and leave early the following day for a transfer. Very comfortable beds and good shower. Hotel is modern and there is no noise pollution.

A kettle in the room to make hot drinks would have been great.

Exceptional buffet breakfast - many home made breads and cakes for my Christmas stay. Staff attentive to guests every need- making them feel special. Every room has a view of Lake Titicaca. There is a large terrace garden and it is only 2 minutes walk to lake side

The 2-bdrm cabin was very nice, with hardwood floors and a great location provided a lovely view of the lake. The gated parking was a nice, and the staff was accommodating and helpful.

The Wi-fi was extremely poor, a\the door cards were a constant issue, and the showers could have been better.
