This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, the staff greets you warmly and is eager to assist with anything you need. The entrance is inviting, with soothing music and warm lighting. The furniture is comfortable, and there's a great selection of movies and games available. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, featuring heated floors—a fantastic touch for staying warm and walking barefoot. The owners have truly gone above and beyond to create an exceptional hotel experience.

It's a wooden floor. Very clean and with heat from the floor and with a thick dawn blanket , not give you 4 or 5 heavy blankets. Hot water is hot. Can really dust off and refresh after a 3 day tour. I stayed for 3 nights and was totally relaxed in my room. They provide a DVD machine and DVDs for you to watch. It's a Samsung TV and Sony DVD machine. Free WiFi. Provide soap and shampoo.

A little thing in the toilet needs to be fixed but it's minor. And the TV does not connect to the cable so can't watch TV. . No cup provide in the toilet.

- no outside window - staff didn’t give us a lot of information when we checked in, for example they told us our booking didn’t include breakfast but then didn’t give us any information about the price or ask if we wanted it - bathroom ventilation fan was very loud - train whistles three times during the night woke us up, if this happens every night a warning would have been nice!!

The shower was hot, provided toiletries & water bottle on arrival. Had kettle. Room & floors were heated. Clean. Smart tv. Everything to keep me warm & cozy as was stuck in Uyuni waiting to get into chile and not feeling well so it was perfect to rest. Guy at front spoke english which helped as brain couldnt translate at altitude. 5min to bus

Its good for uyuni, uyuni is very rustic

The staff was really helpful and friendly. He offered to upgrade my room and I thought I was happy enough with my original room. And he offered to bring the television to my room!

We arrived early morning from the nightbus, expecting to wait to check in he showed us to our room straight way. The underfloor heating was luscious in such a cold environment as Uyuni. The owner took care of our bags when we went out the next day, ordered taxis gor us. I used the bar once, it's nice you can sit at z chair and table in the courtyard.

Our room was very clean. The beds were among the best that we have slept in during our past 2 months of travel. The breakfast was well-presented, filling and slightly different on each of the 2 days that we stayed. Plus they had a good variety of teas and a much appreciated coffee machine. Check in and departure were efficient.

Very quiet, clean, comfy room, good breakfast, good service, great TV, great wifi, cute boutique hostal.

Shower was luke warm, they indicated that had problems calibrating temperature

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, with floor heating and a good shower. It’s a great place to stay after a Sud Lipez / Uyuni tour. It’s well located near restaurants and cafes. There’s a laundry service which isn’t particularly cheap but they got us our clothes cleaned and dried on the same day.

Breakfast was not included in one of the rooms we booked for some reason. For the price, it should be. The staff at the front desk was not particularly pleasant and quite unhelpful. As many places in Bolivia, the window of the room gives onto the internal courtyard, so there is very little light and limited privacy.

Clean, spacious and lovely staff. Had a great breakfast. Very safe and secure. Love their early check in arrangements! We stayed in a suite with a little balcony. Highly recommended for comfort.

Having the suite was on the road close to bus terminal and busses come and go all night. Though sound insulation is not bad it can be noisy
