This hotel has 4 different variety of accommodation. They have the 3-story hotel/apartments, the brand-new River chalets, the old Rondovel thatched cottages and the camp site. And each of these are attended to each and every day. This is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but they provide 5-star services. Above all, this place has a soul and driving around the country you can tell this country is a gem!

The rain was relentless for my entire trip and every single day and night. So, getting from the room to dining was very challenging! But that a natural thing beyond their control.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful garden, large trees and lush. The room we booked was not great, so we asked to be upgraded to the Garden Suites, which was miles ahead when it came to quality of space, interiors and amenities. The staff were amazing and helpful. The food was excellent and we felt amazing after every meal. Definitely an excellent choice for long and short term stays.

Rooms are very outdated, except for the Garden Suites, but there are only 5 Garden Suites, so they aren’t generally available. The details about the different units available is vague on Booking.com, so it is difficult to know what the rooms are really like. Sad that the pool is only operational from 6am-6pm, suppose it is a safety thing. But with the hot weather evening dips would be amazing.

BOOKING OVERCHARGED US!! IF WE HAD BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH CRESTA, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $75. CHEAPER! LESSON LEARNED THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME WITH BOOKING.COM. ALWAYS CHK THE PROPERTY FIRST...

Our traditional food cuisine which was prepared as lunch in one of the days. I also love the buffet breakfast, it has all sorts including dry fruits. My departure flight was in the late afternoon and I was given extended stay without a cost....which I didn't expect. That was sweet....customer care at it's best

I can't complain

The staff was very friendly and allowed us early check in. We did not have to request it , but was arranged as soon as we arrived. The food was great.

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but each room had 1 bath towel and 1 bathrobe. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the swimming pool was also undergoing maintenance.

The entire property, staff and facilities were world class. Beautiful gardens, very neat and clean rooms and restaurant. Food was exceptional and the staff was extremely caring and friendly.

Liked everything. Really could not ask for more.

The breakfast and the location were excellent

The only negative, which I informed our hosts of was an army of little ants that made their way into our bathroom on the night before our departure. A common problem in Africa and easily addressed with a can of insecticide 😅

We are amazed that this is only a three star, it was so much more, the gardens are beautiful, the room was very spacious and really nice, the breakfast was a standard buffet, but tasteful, we will for sure use them again when we are in Francistown!

We did not have towels in our Room, BUT when we askes they were delivered very soon afterwards, great service!!

It's a beautiful peaceful place. It's very clean and organised. The staff are very friendly. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be back. Thank you
