I was surprised to find a good size refrigerator in the room. This was not clear from the photographs. Tub and shower were good size. Several cable channels available at no extra charge. This was very much appreciated.

Our second day the property had problems with electricity (when we aked at the front desk we were told the problem was undervoltage) and water (problems emanating from the electricity issues the hotel was dealing with).

Excellent staff - from reception to housekeeping to breakfast service! Enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated rooms. Rooms are bright, spacious and clean. Very good hot breakfast choices; as well as yogurt, fruit, bread, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal and coffee/tea. Safe, secure parking.

Wifi in room #11 was poor Location of our room was in the back corner, behind a building under construction.

The Serowe Hotel has a mix of excellent new and adequate older rooms. There is a delightful covered outdoor bar area surrounded by garden. The food is generally good and the staff are friendly. I have stayed there many times and will return again.

The older rooms are charming and adequate but the bathrooms need to be renovated.

Serowe Hotel is a real little gem in Serowe. Renovations are being done to the venue. The rooms have all been renovated with new tiles, bathroom fittings and sanitary ware. Beds were extremely comfortable and linen was spotless. The braai dinner was superb as was the breakfast the following morning.

Reception, staff and dinner was excellent. Lovely pool area where we had pizzas every time we visited.

Would be nice to have outside electrical plugs for trailers to charge batteries.

The facility was clean and very friendly, going off board staff to assist.

No proper receptionist to assist after hours or giving the guard more information to pass to clients

Parking was far from rooms. Wooden 'lounge' chairs in TV room are way too low and uncomfortable. The area space needs couches.

Room new and spacious. Had both a bath and shower.

Pool was being maintained so was unable to swim. It was very hot and a swim would have been nice.

New Appartements im Serowe, Perfect for a stay on the way to Maun. Better then a lot of recommendations say.
