The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. The shower has good pressure and hot water. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. Breakfast is good. I think you can get eggs but we didn't know that until after our 2nd breakfast. Location is close to the beach and restaurants but right across the street from a an outdoor concert venue.

I would probably have rated them better except there was a huge outdoor concert in the park across the street. It began at 7 in the morning with sound check that startled us awake and continued through the day with rehearsals until the concert ended at 11 at night. It was so loud the walls in our room shook, we couldn't hear each other in our own room! The hotel should have let us know when we booked, it was horrible. When I complained to reception he laughed, I messaged the hotel and I received zero reply. I don't usually care about customer service as much if the room is nice but this was the worst, absolutely no response. They didn't even try to communicate with us, where every other hotel finds a way, they didn't try. Would not stay again.

Comfortable room and bed. Clean, good TV and air conditioning. Very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Location is great if you arrive by bus and close to the town action but without the noise. Overall great value for money.

Location location location it’s perfect you can walk everywhere rua das pedras is right there access to most of the beaches

Location is perfect. Some people in the staff were helpfull and available, but mostly the staff did not show empathy to guests. The room as large and had a good refrigerator available.

Breakfast is ok but poor - no eggs, no bread variety; the best part was the delicious bolinhos de chuva. Reception seems to be abandoned most of the time. Linen and towels had poor quality. Cleaneliness is low quality and lots of refurbishment is urgently required.

rooms were not as nice as in the pictures , it need some love specially inside the rooms , the outside look is still good , but the inside not so good . I would not go back , I rather pay a bit more for nicer place , staff was friendly , breakfast buffet was ok

The locatiob is superb. It is right in the middle of everything. Restaurants, bars and a variety of stores are within a 3-5 minute walk. The bus station.is also close by.

First, there is not always a presence at the front desk. We waited 30 minutes for personnel to appear and grant us access. There was an annual concert at the soccer field across the street, which I would guess also hosts other events. From 6 PM to shortly after midnight, for 3 of our 7 night stay, the music was so loud it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. The free continental breakfast was acceptable for most but the only protein was pork, which I don't each. After some insistence, I convinced them to prepare eggs which I provided. The rooms were comfortable and clean even if a little worn.
