The hotel is new, so there were still a few things being thighed up when I went - the staff was amazing - the went on and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Cris, the manager, helped me to get a tequila bottle for my friend’s weeding, she arranged a make up and hairdresser to come to the hotel in a short notice to help me get ready to wedding and also helped me getting my speech printed. She was more than incredible. Also, the beach in front of the hotel is quiet and beautiful- the breakfast is amazing, the bedroom is a great size. Everyone that works there is always smiling and willing to help - would definitely stay there again.

Not so close to the city center but great location from the ferry. I didn’t like the shower, but everything else was amazing.

I like every single thing from this place starting from the welcome of the owner. The room is simple but cool and stylish. The pool is lovely and the seats around to chill divine. Food, oh Hosh that Moqueca 😋 The staff is professional, friendly amd always ready to help. The exceeded my expectation in everything. What a beautiful family. I wish them all the best with this lovely project that just started. The place is breathing,.we'll.located close to La Balsa and the bus to go into town and fave a lot of fun with a lot of choices. Nothing, I liked every single thing. I travel the world and visit many places every year, this is one of my favourite as well as my 15th years old son without any doubt 🥰🙌 Gracias chicos!

I liked everything about this property, even down to the shampoo and conditioner they offer as toiletries. staff was so lovely and welcoming! food was impeccable! I felt safe, taken care of and like I needed for nothing. I’ve never had this level of experience in hospitality before! superb!

Very nice beach, close to ferry, breakfast

Room was a little sad...barely any natural light, no toiletries, no bedside lamps. No one of the staff we met spoke any English, but this is not uncommon for the region...

The Internet was not good

The hotel is just so gorgeous, we spent the best days there. Seaview, beach where you can see turtles in the water, great breakfast and just the best hosts you can imagine. Really friendly and helpful. On our way back from Caraiva we spent another night there. I really loved to do yoga on the terrace. As they just started the hotel probably it will be even nicer when you visit.

Nothing, for the price? Very poor.

The breakfast was a joke. They serve “apresuntado”. A lot of people , a lot of room but no space for all of that. The pictures here give a wrong notion of the real space. No acustic at the room, you can listen all the noise of the streets and corridors. Besides the traffic at the ferry boat giant line in front of the place

Cant get any closer to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the aircon worked very well shower was nice and hot however water was light brown

Bathroom was smaller than a shoebox and everything was slightly off - shower did not drain properly, basin was off centre and toilet was in the way of everything. corridors and stairs did not drain after rain with puddles of water outside our room understand that the hotel opened very recently but maybe they should have waited or given soft opening notice prior to booking
