Rooms with sea view are a must. The best thing about this hotel is the location, right on the beach. Staff was nice but only one person spoke English and we had problems interacting with the other members of the staff. Good breakfast but not enough for 2 people. Wifi was ok in the morning, but really bad in the afternoon when all of the people were on it. When we checked in we received chocolates and when we left we received a small bag with food for the road. Really nice gesture. Was highly appreciated.

At this price, we had expected more help in English. Also we were not informed that the room would be cleaned only if we leave our key at the reception, so no one cleaned the room for 3 days. It is a bit inconvenient because we needed at least fresh towels. This thing was written ONLY in PORTUGUESE on our door in the room. Not nice for foreigners that don't speak Portuguese. For breakfast you had to order online one day before and we received too little food for 2 people. We had to ask for more and this is not ok, for the money we paid. I think this hotel is for locals mainly and a little hard for foreigners.

I needed a courtesy to check out 2 hours later because of my flight and my room was available but they didn’t allow or if I wanted I’d need to pay another diary, I had already stayed 7 nights with my parents.

Breakfast was amazing . People were friendly

They did not have a restaurant. We arrived and the hotel had no electricity for over 3 hours after we checked in . In the check out I asked one hour more as late check out and my answer was not nice compared to how understandable we were with the fact that we had to deal in our check in and after I asked to talk to the manager we were given even more than an hour of late check out .

The third bed in the room was very small and not very comfortable. Breakfast could be better!
