The rooms were noisy

Meals are awesome. Excellent variety of good ingredients, many options. I loved it. The aquatic complex is great. O lot of fun for kids and parents.

The Jota city is an amazing idea but you have to pay an extra for everything, so I think it is not worth. I think they could use better this place to perform activities with kids and not only to sell the handmade products. It is a perfect place to teach kids about sustainability. The time I have been there I felt this place was not properly used.

What a great experience for the family, the room was comfortable and big enough. The places for kids experiences were amazingly diversified. I strong recommend.

All extra activities are charged, you need to be prepared for checkout moment.

The place is amazing very comfortable and the staff are so attentions that you feel cozy by them. Tha pools are incredible and so the entertraining.

There has a lot of warm pools but the main ones still are cold. In winter they could also use hot water so we enjoy warm pools at open air. Also the buffet its good but could have more options specially during dinner.

Space and activities, including water park and night events of live music, etc

I was offered and promised a late checkout with the family if I would attend to a session about “Mais Taua”. It was agreed in the day before and confirmed by the hotel. I informed my children and all got very excited. At the last day, I then decided to call reception and cross check, in order to confirm the late checkout agreement and avoid inconvenience. To my surprise it was not confirmed and we were informed that we would need to leave the room. They had another booking in the system and started to blame the system and one assistant another. I never asked for the late checkout, the hotel offered and confirmed. Huge frustration with the boys and lack of respect. Clear customer value is not in place. A new booking ($) will be prioritized.

The food and variety of option are excellent. Great Breakfast, lunch and dinner... I love the staff, always nice and polite, ready to help with whatever we need. The whole entire resort is beautiful. I would recommend.

I did not like the check-in process. I went with my family on a Sunday; the check-in was at 5pm (booking.com had a different time)., but I only learned about the check-in time after waiting in line for almost 1h. When I got at the front desk, they gave me a temporary bracelet until my rooms were ready. Even though I did the checking earlier, I had to go back to the line again, to make sure my rooms were ready and get my family bracelets. Once again, the line was HUGE, even longer than the first time. I waited in line for another hour. Despite having to get in line twice, what I did not like was the fact of paying for a full day, when you are actually accommodated in your room around 6pm. So basically I paid for a 3 days stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday), but the check-in was after 5pm on Sunday; the checkout needs to be done at 11am on Tuesday. Unfortunately it only gives us only a ONE full day at the resort.
