The location of the property is at the top of a hill with the most amazing views of the ocean on both sides the property was also very clean and the amenities like the pool, restaurant were spectacular. Staff was also very kind as i was sick and speak little Portuguese and were super helpful

I liked everything. But maybe if you find it hard to walk up or down steep hills when wanting to leave the property to go to the beach that might be an issue for some unless you have a car then no problems

Every thing great , amzing view through the balkony to the near by beach and see great breakfast with a lot of options, great polite staff, clean rooms , nice atmosphere

The waterdrain in the bathroom sink was not working well and it was not repaired although we informed 2 times. the way for reaching the hotel with car is very grumpy and not flat.

Located on a. hill between the best beaches. Big room, comfortble bed, great views (especially from the pool area) and easy parking. Friendly staff but yes, there is quite a few steps if that is a concern

We had access to two beaches with everything provided (towels, chairs, sun umbrella).

The rooms are located on a hill with lots of stairs.

The hotel's location on a gentle hill between two bays offers spectacular views over the beaches Bombinhas and Quatro Ilhas and thus both sunrise and sunset panoramas. Especially the infinity pool's location stands out. There are two little walking paths (so called "trilhas") in the surroundings of the hotel which makes it fun to explore more secluded beaches and rocky cliffs. The staff was friendly and helpful, they offer free deck chairs and parasols for the beach.

Altogether, the facilities could have been taken more care of and cleaned more often (e.g. the windows in both the restaurant area and the room haven't been cleaned for a very long time, which gave the pousada a dingy, run-down atmosphere). The often-praised breakfast was a little imbalanced between sweet and savoury options and swarmed by flies and mosquitos every morning; fruits and drinks weren't cooled or protected from heat and sunlight.

Location is AWESOME! People were friendly. Breakfast does the job. Swimming pool quite good with a great view. Rooms was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is quite nice, the view from the hotel is amazing and the best part is the close access to 4 ilhas beach! Important to mention the hotel has a nice deal with the beach restaurants, providing tables and umbrellas during the stay at the beach, for both Bombinhas and 4 Ilhas. Would definitely visit it again.

CHECK IN TIME . We had to wait 1 hour after the check in time, the worst is that they handle us the keys knowing the rooms were not ready. We, together with our luggage, had to stay outside the room, we were resting on the way of other customers, felt uncomfortable also because the cleaning personnel didn't feel good seeing us waiting for them. Kids' policy was unclear. There is a hotel policy, however it does not apply to all rooms. Unluckily, we were in one of those rooms. It is true that the room policy during booking had no mention of kids policy, we thought the hotel policy would apply to all rooms and went for it. We were wrong and had to pay partially.

Excellent Location.

For you who will stay more than 1 day breakfast is poor. Coffee tastes horrible, probably they buy the cheapest one from the market. There is no variation from a day to another on breakfast options. Juice served is artificial bottled. Such quality on breakfast doesn´t go with the place.

The views are spectacular, from the room and from anywhere in the premises! You get unbeatable panoramic views of quatro illhas beach as well as bombinhas beach! Staff was extremely friendly, they even let us checkout late so we could enjoy the day on the beach. Secured parking, swimming pool, sauna, very good buffet breakfast, cleanliness, everything was excellent. Highly recommended :)

Great sights during breakfast (tip: sit upstairs near a window), good breakfast, comfortable and clean room

No coffee machine/water cooker in the room, unpaved road to hotel, high inclination of road to parking, rooms are scattered in different buildings without covered passages. No clear information on arrival nor in room (e.g. we had to go back to the front office to get the wifi password or how to call reception, this could be written down somewhere in the room)
