It is a simple hotel, but it has all you need for your stay. The staff is very friendly, and they made us feel very comfortable. My room, 328, was small, but with enough space for me to work on my computer and rest when needed. There was a beautiful tree by the window, and I could see many birds during my stay. It would definitely come back.

The location was great. The breakfast could have improvements.

The cleaning of the rooms wasn’t always good. More rigor is needed.

The staff was friendly, although most of them didn't speak English. When I put up the "clean my room" sign, the room was neatly cleaned and I got the little soap and shampoo. I also thought that it was cute that there was a Bible in the room.

The breakfast was basically the same everyday, although the taste was alright. The bed and bathroom were super tiny, so not ideal if you're a bigger person. My room didn't have a refrigerator and the air conditioner wasn't working optimally. At 18 degrees Celsius I was still sweating and I'm someone who gets cold relatively fast. (Room 323)

Great breakfast, good location.

Bad room. Besides, there is a catch: weekend breakfast starts a little late.

this is my summary of the days I stayed at the Bittar Inn, Wi-Fi terrible, at peak hours, it doesn't work, imagine a hotel with 68 rooms and with Wi-Fi problem, it's horrible. it only works fine when you use it in the middle of the hallway and sitting under the router, but it also falls off. bathroom had hair, and it didn't seem to have been cleaned very well before, that is, they didn't do a heavy cleaning before, in times of post pandemic, cleaning should also be a priority. rough towels and shower with little water at low peak hours. I would like to be writing a good review but was disappointed. the first day of breakfast the omelet was freshly made because I saw the cook making it, but on the second day, what was left of the day before was heated up in the microwave. The omelet looked greenish on the bottom, horrible. I couldn't eat an egg that day. I didn't risk eating cheese or ham either. Summing up the things they had for breakfast I thought it was weak. There was sliced cheese and ham, sliced papaya, white bread, old custard, old granola, old cereal, banana, yogurt not properly refrigerated, coffee, milk and milk chocolate. there was no sachet honey or sachet jelly. that is, weak. On the day I leave, the receptionist can't even call a taxi for me to go to the airport. I've worked in the hotel business, in almost all areas, except finance and I thought it was absurd for a hotel reception to not be able to call a taxi for its guest, I had to leave the hotel carrying my suitcase and backpack in search of taxi in the middle of Sunday in Brasília, it was not easy to find it, I had to walk many blocks until I found one passing by. in short I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
