Everything about the hotel is up to a professional standard. The cleanliness, service, layout (I could go on) are all exemplary.

When checking out, I was surprised that I was charged for the daily restocking of the mini bar as I thought this would be free. However, I haven't stayed abroad for a long time so I may be out of touch. Also, I ought to have read up more about the location as Aguas Claras is not really a holiday resort for families as I thought it would be. However, this was my error.

Very good business hotel. Used extensively for airline crew accommodation. Good facilities. Facial recognition everywhere. Good functional hotel but completely soulless. Only minor complaint is about the coffee at breakfast. Almost undrinkable. Cheap and bitter.

Restaurant the owner is a petulant no education, the restaurant it's not from the hotel they rent the space, the food and the people who work there fantastic, but the owner SHI......

Located just two blocks from the train station. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Nice pool and exercise facilities.

Couldn’t figure out how to get Netflix on the room television.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location. I’ve stayed here several times and am very happy to have found it. As an American, I was especially pleased with several English language channels on the television.

Towels were a bit worn

The buffet breakfast! The pool and the fact there were many convenience stores nearby.

I really liked breakfast it was very good, and the swimming pool.

Check the room to make sure no dust etc.

I would rather pay parking at the end of my stay instead of every time I left the garage. That’s the only real negative in my opinion.
