I had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel in Campos do Jordão! From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and hospitality made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious! My room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. I highly recommend Savoy Hotel to anyone visiting Campos do Jordão. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

The place was comfortable and had good amenities such as the games room, pool, spa and gym. The food such as breakfast and dinner was great. I loved the free shuttle service they provide to go to and from the centre of town.

Staff didn’t speak English. Thank goodness for technology as I was able to converse with staff in Portuguese using the Apple translate app. The shower was very small and kept knocking the sides

I had an amazing stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blankets were so soft and cozy. Amazing space of the chalets. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options. Highly recommend!”

There was no one available to attend at the bar. This was a letdown.

My mother in law has limited moving abilities and the hotel lacks full accessibility, despite being in the right direction to be more inclusive.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very cozy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing i don’t know if it’s their fault but i was wake 6 in the morning by a dog barking, it upset me a little bit, but i really enjoy my stay.

The staff team is so kind and warm. The hotel offers services beyond expectation: shuttle car to capivari, head/foot SPA and fireplace. Comfortable bed and blanket. Very good breakfast.

The room was a bit dry, but I believe it was because of the weather. Also need more plugs close to bed

Breakfast excellent! With fruits, breads, cold cuts, cakes, hot beverages machine, and eggs to be ordered at the table. Transfer service to tourist part of town in a van is very convenient. Shower strong and hot. Nice pool facility. Staff very friendly.

We were offered a spa service for free but therapist had no time available to offer the service.

Everything was amazing at this hotel. We loved the room, playground, etc. The staff was always willing to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was so good, as the restaurant as well. We had dinner and it was delicious.

The service is top notch. Every member of the staff does its upmost to make you stay a wonderful one. The breakfast and dinner are excellent. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel location is great, specially with the free shuttle provided by the hotel.

There was a shuttle to town which was great and very convenient. There is a huge breakfast selection, and everything was great. We loved the fires in the lounges. We were quite busy so didn't get to use a lot of the facilities, but they looked great!

Our bed was too soft (my parents said theirs was fine though).
