The place is beautiful and the staff is really kind. The problema was with the details like the painting of the corners or little spider webs in some places. But overall very updated and confortamble, the view is amazing.

The restaurante price is absurd and had a noise of water from the plumbing all night. That kinda troubled me for sleeping a really good night of sleep.

Could improve on the wine list. Very limited options, lots not available. The place could invest in better wines offering a better experience with the amazing deck with sunset’s view

- beautiful view - extremely helpful and friendly staff - great place to take pictures - restaurant area was very romantic - free breakfast (you’re gonna need microwave) - comfortable king bed - good TV size and quality (wish it would swivel though)

- Poor craftsmanship around the room (sink off of the wall, terrible paint lines, all woodwork was poorly done) - Mold found on countertop at the bathroom behind the sink - Shower door didn’t close properly, so the bathroom was constantly wet everywhere - Room was always humid and had no ceiling fan or AC - All glass panels were completely clear and edges not sealed, so you could hear everything outside - Parking area far too steep for most vehicles to make it out so people preferred to park on the streets - Extremely cheap soap and shampoo - All pillows were mismatched - Everything seemed “cheap”, including the mismatched clothes hangers and only one nightstand

The room has a good size tub which is too big for the room. The bed was somewhat comfortable.

It was check in time but there was nobody at the reception; we had to call and wait. The very small fridge was not plugged in, so, the beverage we brought with us because I could not speak with someone on the phone to request champagne and flowers, I had to bring my own and drank it warm because no one thought about plugging in the fridge or let us know that we had to do it ourselves. Dinner was another huge disappointment. They waited until we were seated to light the fire place with no success and it was completely dead by the time dinner was over. The fillet mignon was dry and chewy, there was not a salad or anything else. Just the meat and some vegetables. I only had some potatoes and broccoli. They asked if we wanted to videotape them finishing to ‘cook’ our meal at the table by throwing tons of alcohol over the food and burn it with a torch! We paid extra for the view but all we could see were rooftops. If we open the curtains we saw inside the room next door. The bathroom door was very noisy and the bathroom very small. I asked to speak to the manager a couple times but she was never available and never returned my messages. I could go on but I will stop now and will try to forget the horrible experience.

The hotel room was not the one that I had made a reservation for it and do not notified us that we had no longer reservation because when we arrrived after the airport delays had happened in Gru SP. They totally ignored our phone calls and messages sentes by Booking.com. The hotel canceled our reservation early morning and charged us $$365 US dollars for the first reservation and them charged for us to stay in another property in the amount of $$280 US dollars.

Booking and the hotel property charged us on the credit card twice in different amounts,. They have charged us for a prior reservation and also charged us a small amount for a near by property that has same owners. Someone needs to take responsibility for this charges either the Hotel or Booking.com Very stressful and disrespectful situation and one of this parties needs to take responsibility with guests reservations and accommodation. We still waiting for the solution.
