The best of the hotel is the location. 3 min by foot from Cumbuco villa.

Pool area very poor maintained. There were only 4 chaise chairs, of which 2 were broken, for more than 200 apartments! The mattress were too soft (but this is very personal).

They charged us for things we didn’t consume (we bought our own beberages at the market and used the fridge for them, but they claimed some of the things were from the hotel). Also the hallways were packed with mosquitoes

Good localization, clean, facilities and food

They were some hosts that did not respect rules and the staff didn't do it anything. They smoked cannabis and vape on the pool area, drunk alcohol - bottles (glass) and listened music too loud.

Everything is fine and comfortable and clean. The rooms are nice and the employees are so friendly and professional.

Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from city Center and on the beach. The pool area is great. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice. Staff is efficient and lovely. Covid measures in place, more than in any other hotels we have seen.

Internet did not work for the total length of our stay which made it difficult for us to work. Staff could remind people to wear their masks at breakfast as not all respect rules.

Location is not bad, quite good actually. You can find better options, but this hotel is not bad at all. Breakfast is actually very good! Super good service and quality.

Old infrastructure. Needs renovation!

It was close to the Center of town so easy to get a meal.

Rooms were small, we had a side room so no balcony and the view not great.
